VIP treatment. Customer service was first rate from beginning to end — had the most luxurious carpet installed and everything was perfect. I cannot say enough about how wonderful I was treated by the owners and the installers. JoJo

Not often these days do you find a team or company willing to go the extra mile on service but Pantea Amani (store manager) & her team really perform! I had a very unusual sisal carpet request for special cutting & sizing and they made sure it was done perfectly in the same day! Very competent, friendly, professional, proactive, service...will definitely recommend them for any carpet/flooring needs!
Modern Carpet One did an excellent job removing and replacing our old kitchen linoleum floor with 12 X 24 porcelain tiles. Modern Carpet One also did a superb job, satisfying our concern, aligning the height of the new tiles to the existing hardwood floors in adjacent rooms. This upgrade from linoleum to porcelain tile increased the beauty and warmth of our home. We recommend using Modern Carpet One.

I went to Modern Carpet One in Annapolis for ceramic tile for my kitchen. They had great selection and Pantea the sales girl was very knowledgeable and gave me great ideas for the color. The installers were very professional. I love my kitchen. I give them 5 star.
Edited-10/22- The owner of the store reached out to me and rectified the situation to my satisfaction. He deal with my issue and sincerely wanted it to be righted which he tried to the best of his ability. I will shop there again. Original review- I did not have a good experience. DON'T pay in full until they deliver the rug. The high end carpet store I usually get my wool rugs through in Baltimore closed up shop so I had limited choices of who to deal with. Tough to get sales people's attention in the store. The staff doesn't know their selection that well (I asked for wool, what I bought was a wool blend, the only reason I knew was I called the manufacturer after the fact and they told me). I ended up dealing with the owner. He said he would do his best to get me the rug by a certain date (we had a large party planned Sept 16) and he did deliver it (Sept 12) but when they laid it out you could see where the rug was seamed, the pattern didn't match up. This was a large (23x16) expensive rug (I don't even want to admit what I spent on it). I couldn't believe it was made so poorly. The owner sent someone to pick it up the following week (Sept 28) and it's due to be delivered today Oct 4. I'm praying that it looks good otherwise, it's going back. This has been a painful process and I will not be doing business with them in the future. Such a shame since this is the local business but I'll have to travel to Baltimore or DC to avoid such unprofessional work in the future.

I can humbly say that our house is a mini modern carpet store.Over several years till now we have used them on upgrading everything in our house.starting by the kitchen and family room with wood flooring ,to the bedrooms with a superb quality of carpet ,the foyer and guest bathroom with ceramic tiles, the kids bathroom with a beautiful look alike marble laminate and finally our porch with the wonderful Italian outdoor ceramic.All jobs were done with great expertise and professionalism of the installers.the quality was beyond our imagination,The prices were very reasonable considering the high quality of the material used all over our house.They were very punctual and clean.we recommend blindly to use modern carpet one for all your house.Great company and great variety.

They visioned what I wanted and met standards to what I had to say and brought everything I demanded to the table.
