We unfortunately received a broken toy at Christmas and then purchased another one which had the same issue, which was really disappointing. However, Moose Toys’ customer service was excellent — they responded quickly, sent out a replacement plushie without any hassle, and even included an extra little surprise for my daughter. While the initial issue was frustrating, the customer service experience was fantastic. Thank you!
My son got Akedo Ninja as a Christmas gift. There was a part that was broken so I emailed Moose Toys. The customer service was responsive, understanding and extremely helpful. They were able to get me the broken parts! I was pleasantly surprised because when I initially emailed them, I was half expecting to never hear a response. :)
The CS Team are extremely helpful.My daughter received a Christmas present which unfortunately was defective.The Moose CS Team provided extremely efficent help and troubleshooting prior to arranging a swift replacement.Truly setting the bar for other Toy companies to stand up to.
I normally wouldn't give 5 stars since we had a defective product, BUT their customer service was amazing. They helped us troubleshoot what might have went wrong and went above and beyond to make things right. My daughter loves their toys and they just guaranteed purchases from me in the future because of not only their products but kindness as well!
My 8 year old grandson lost his precious Shadowcoil, a 4” Beast Labs figure, in the theatre when we took him and his brother to the pantomime. He was told to leave it in the car but hid it in the bottom of his goody bag, then forgot it was there and it was thrown away in the bag with all the sweet wrappings. It should have been a lesson learned but he was absolutely heartbroken so I wanted to try and replace it.It wasn’t possible to buy an individual figure. They come in mystery packs and this one is one they describe as rare meaning we could buy pack after pack at £12 each and never find one.I emailed customer services, telling them the tale and asking if I could purchase one specific individual figure on this occasion.After exchanging a few emails they said they’d found a secret stash at the factory and sent me a replacement, no charge.Absolutely wonderful service!
We lost a letter from our much cherished and travelled Bananagrams game whilst afloat in the Caribbean. More in hope than expectation I contacted Moose toys to explain the predicament and the sadness at the loss of an 'i'. A very human and humorous exchange of emails then ensued and the new letter arrived very promptly to restore our set to full functionality. Well done to the Customer Services team, for bringing a delightful touch to our near tragic loss!

We found Gui Gui slime in John Lewis in Exeter. I just wanted to feedback how great it is. It cost my kids £10 (great pocket money price) and they have got so much joy from it. I hate slime usually but this hasn't got on the carpets or got dirty or anything. Amazing.

We bought an Octonaughts octoray from a local shop but it was not making the advertised sounds. We exchanged for another from the same store but it still not fixed. I contacted Moose Toys for advice and they suggested to change batteries etc but still didn’t make the right sounds. After a few emails to and fro it seems we have an older model. Moose toys sent a lovely captain barnacles plush toy which our son loves. Thankyou Moose toys. Great customer service.

I purchased a Little Live Pets toy last year for my child, and it quickly became a favorite. Unfortunately, it stopped working recently, but I was very impressed with how the company handled the situation. I contacted customer service, and they responded promptly and professionally. After confirming the issue, they mailed a replacement toy without any hassle.The new toy arrived today in perfect condition. I was very curious if you could collect all waves of xox kweenie in series 3 because i thought it would be easier to buy cases of series 3 at local store rather than hunt all over for waves 1 and 2. I visited moose's site looking for answers and saw contact Im used to companies only having contact for damage. Sent them an email and kinda laughed when it said response in 3 to 5 days but I did get a response in 3 days and every other response i sent them was replied to within that time frame. They were very helpful and the followup was amazing. I have dealt with other toy companies and youre lucky if you get a response you dont have to worry about that with moose. ( just guessed on date as experience took place over more than one day)
We have been fans of Moose Toys since my daughter was born 9 years ago and to this day the company doesn't disappoint in terms of design, durability, and most importantly customer service. We recently bought a clearance toy at Walmart but someone took the play babies and I contacted Moose Toys to save the landfills from returns and send the missing product. Well, not only was the representative kind, respectful and caring, the toy replacement came in under 6 weeks. Whatever the issue that arises, Moose Toys will always be there to help. We will be loyal customers to the end.

We bought a cookeez makery toy for my daughters birthday off Amazon. When she opened it we discovered the plush toy didn't work. I emailed moose toys directly and they came back to me straight away and sent out a replacement plush toy. The customer service team are brilliant.
