One star
One star. Very disappointing experience. I placed an order with next day shipping, and instead of shipping it, MotoSport charged and re-authorized my card multiple times. In total, about $4,000 was frozen on my account due to four separate authorizations for the same order. Despite this, the order was never shipped.Their explanation was that they wanted to charge my card again, and when I questioned it, they refused to take responsibility and blamed my bank. This makes no sense, as I regularly place orders on many other websites with the same bank and card without any issues.Customer support was unhelpful and unwilling to admit that the problem was on their side. I paid extra for next day shipping and received nothing but frozen funds and wasted time. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I returned 2 tires about a month ago im still waiting on a payment .it says fast return 2/3 days seems like false advertisement.Instead of having one person work on it they had several gearheads Hayden , Tiffany , Billy not so much hunter but do to the nature I’ll be shopping elsewhere. Very pissed off don’t waste your time you’re better off buying anywhere else. 🤬🤬🤬🤬THEY DO NOT CARE very unprofessional!!

this company is a fraud
this company is a fraud. I order two shirts and they never arrived. I contact the company and they say they will send me a replacement order come to find out the shirt I order is no longer available. we come to a agreement on a different shirt that is in stock. they then say its not available in my size so I have to pick a different shirt out. we get in all sorted out. I then get emails that I was charged for the one shirt that wasn't in my size. I contact my card company and they say I was charged. I contact Motorsport and they say they never charged me and I will not receive the shirt I got charged for. I can not get a refund on my card and they have garbage service. I got treated very differently and was not given respect to take my money and never get my order.

You won’t get a refund ever
I never received my item and I have called at least 6 times. I have been shuffled from person to person, repeatedly lied to and have been fighting to get a refund for over a month. This company is the worst I have ever shopped at. They are in violation of multiple FTC laws. Stay far away from this place because you will lose money!

From the moment I called Motosport the staff has gone ABOVE and BEYOND for me. Between Ron, Dakota and Hunter. I will not shop or give my business to ANYONE else. They’re all riders that understand and have a passion and love for this sport! They have the same mindsets and understand what exactly we are looking for. Not only are they priced EXTREMELY well! They’re absolutely amazing in every way!

I called to verify some information on some Shinko tires that I am looking at online and to see if they have a part I need in stock for my Vulcan 900. Ron L. answered my call and was very informative and respectful. He gave me the answers I needed on the tires and also helped me make the right decision on the part I need. Late Shipping, Broken Promises, and Lost Trust
I ordered from MotoSport and paid extra for faster shipping. On their website, it said the order would ship within 6 to 9 days and then arrive 3 to 4 days after that. I waited the full 9 days only to find out they needed another 9 days before shipping. As a workshop owner, I can’t afford these kinds of delays because they make me lose credibility with my customers. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t order from them again.

Shady refund practices
I placed an order and paid partially with a gift card and the remaining on my CC, several days later I received an email saying that some of the parts are no longer available. Completely understandable, but instead of refunding the parts cost back to CC they said they couldn’t for some reason and put the balance on the gift card. This has no benefit except that it ensures them another sale… very shady if you ask me. If I wouldn’t have ordered the parts they said they could get but couldn’t the gift card would have been used and then little to no money on the CC. Then I had to buy the parts elsewhere, costing me more money out of pocket. They have lost me as a customer, once the remaining gift card balance is used up I will not return.
