I am very disappointed with a service I got from mr D driver by the name disbuseng from mr D phuthaditjaba (qwaqwa) the guy was so rude and showing me the way he don't care about him delivering my order very late, and all my burgers was messed up, its was upside down. I won't use mr D anymore. What a terrible service I got.
Hi,I ordered 7 items from Mr d, pick and pay products, and their sense of urgency is non existent. While get involved in this type of service when you are incompetent?! I waited for my order for more than an hour and when I contact them via WhatsApp, I got excuses. Not acceptable! Im removing your app from.my cellphone
Mr D drivers are rude and inpatient when they feel like it. I had to go out in the rain while the driver stood on his bike with my order, shouting come fetch your order. They are rude and seem like they don’t want to deliver as if they are forced.
I placed a order which I had to 3md up canceling because it took an hour and 30 minutes and I had to go to work. That food was for my kids and myself. I don't want a credit I want an immediate refund so I can food somewhere else. I can't wait for that 5 working days time frame as I have no other means of food for today. Dfd301000955. They did not care and when I asked what the issue was they blamed it on the restaurant when I literally could see the driver was in one place for 30 minutes and 2 minutes away from me and gave me a 50r.voucher as if that's what I wanted. When I called out the lying no one got back to me. Then on WhatsApp they said they are escalating it to the restaurant and driver management department but never did they closed the chat after I waited over 30 minutes for someone to take it simply because I was busy and could not respond within 4 minutes
So disappointing they failed to remediate a refund issue borne from a payment server problem that was on their end, so terrible.
I placed a order with Mr D for uncle Craig kitchen on Tuesday 10 February 2026 and I ordered a 1/3 mutton bunny and when I was eating it the bread was moldy and smelling. I contacted the restaurant they said I put a review on Mr D and they will refund me.
I order a heated cooked curry but received an almost frozen meal, once again very disappointing. Did not eat the food it's with me for collection as I can not eat a frozen meal
I am not happy with the drivers ,already Mr D charges more money for delivery and drivers when you tip them what you have they complain saying the tip it’s little.Now we end up spending more money on delivery instead of spending it on what you have purchased👎
I am happy with Mr D food coz I can now order food in my township. I no longer wait the line to get my Kota.
KFC secunda Village is always number 1 when it comes to time and their food the food is packed neatly and still hot always
Useless, cannot add card. Even when I have ordered through them the food arrives cold and is always terrible
They are simply too greedy. Take on too many orders.Not enough drivers.Food sits for ages and is cold when it arrives.

I'm allergic to onions and specifically said no onions, to my surprise my burger came with big ass onions, this is not the first time this has happened, MrD is just taking people for a piss, DO NOT ORDER FROM Mr D, rather use Uber eats or takealot
Been waiting almost 2 hours for my food. While tracking the order the guys said arrived where he was still picking up the food. My ice cream was melted my food was cold.
Awful , I made a complaint about an incomplete order. I waited for 20 days and still heard nothing from them. On the 21st day I wrote to them again they told me that they couldn’t assist me. The order was 10 wings. The box actually came with eight wings and you think the rest of the wings would be somewhat of a decent quality but no. I’ve only made two complaints to Mr D the first time my order was not delivered the second time my order was wrong and now the third time my order is incomplete with awful quality and they will not help me. I mean it’s not even about the food the fact that they won’t even take any time out of the day to see to my complaint.I’m sick and tired of it
Worse service they advertise a false thing on their website i bought it only to get the opposite when I call them almost an hour on the phone multiple emails the only refunded the money for the item what about delivery fee I had to order again and in total had to pay 70 for delivery fee pathetic my last time of ordering there
Mr D never disappoints when it comes to efficiency. Food is neatly packed, delivered on time and the drivers are always friendly. Affordable, convenient and safe.
