First disappointment in years
I've been buying this brand for years. For the first time, I've been disappointed. I received no reply to a request for the status of my overdue order. Once the order finally arrived, I was upset to find that the items appear to all be unscented. I will have to purchase essential oils to add fragrance myself. Last order from this company.

I recently placed a large order with this company and did not do my research first. Lesson learned. A lot, most, of there products have some pretty nasty chemicals in them. I was always under the assumption that this company was plant based. I will use what i ordered, however, will not order from them again. Is there anything out there that is real anymore??

Received a sealed bottle only 2/3 full
One out of two refill size bottles of hand soap arrived only 2/3 full. Both bottles were sealed, so this is a manufacturing defect. Anywhere to upload photos? A pain to have to return this, but after using the bottle that arrived full to refill my soap pump bottle, the two bottles now look like they have even contents. So, one of the bottles I received was missing one large soap pump bottle’s worth of soap. Feeling very ripped off and won’t chance it with Mrs Myers again, since I shop online and cannot see the product I am purchasing. I would like a refund.

I've been a loyal customer for over a decade, placed an order on the site, never received any contact after the order confirmation. Days go by, check in on the order and it was canceled, for no apparent reason. Reached out to support, hear nothing back, it's been days. So they cancel my order without telling and ghost. No idea how they came to suck so much, used to be great!

I really use to like the dish soap but…
I really use to like the dish soap but something has happened and it’s now just terrible. Personally I think a change in the formula has occurred. Either way it’s not that great of a grease cutter and the sud’s disappeared quickly. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone.

Refill bottle hard to pour into pump bottle
I've been using Mrs. Meyer's hand soap for a long time. I just buy it at my local ACE store, so I haven't encountered the delivery problems other reviewers have mentioned. I love the design on the bottle, but I wish they would have made the handle on the refill bottle smaller so that you can fill the pump bottle easily with a funnel. It won't fit straight on top of the funnel, making it very hard to refill. Also wish they had a gallon size refill bottle. Concerned about the California lawsuit claiming cancer causing chemicals are being used.

I, too have been ordering from Mrs.Meyers for years but the past few orders have been a disaster. I never got all the items - one order never shipped - and yes, they blamed it on FedEx but FedEx said they never received the package - it is not FedEx - I received shipments from Fedx all the time with no issues except with Mrs. Meyers. And calling Customer Service is like talking to a robot.....I was going to give it one more try -- I just placed an order several days ago but NEVER received an email confirmation nor any emails from them - online it shows they "shipped my order in 3 separate packages!?? But FedEx has not gotten them yet. No more Mrs. Meyers....so sad!

USED TO be great... Now terrible!
I have ordered from mrsmeyers.com several times, and have always been happy until the last two times. I completely understand that businesses are still having supply chain issues and I get that. My frustration is that when they finally have the items I want in stock so I can order them, they don't seem to actually SEND them! I placed an order and received a shipping notification and then waited two weeks before reaching out. They would not refund my order and blamed FEDEX. I spoke to Fedex and they said that they never received the order! Mrs. Meyers made me wait another week and all of a sudden, I started getting shipping updates! Unfortunately, I ordered 9 of one of the seasonal items and only received 3! I reached out and after 3 days finally was issued a refund. Disappointed because I asked for them to send the product, not a refund, even if it was backordered! Finally, the product was back in stock so I ordered what I wanted, but the fabric softener and sachets are not. This last order should last me about a year and that is good because I plan to evaluate other products to switch to. On top of that, the folks you speak to on the phone are borderline belligerent and with MASSIVE attitude. I'm done with them!

What happened to Mrs. Meyers?
I’ve ordered from Mrs. Meyers for years with no problems. My last order made August 14 was never delivered. A shipping label was created but fed ex says they never received the package. I tried contacting the company with no replies at all. The reviews on Facebook all say the same thing, no one is getting their orders and no one is getting refunds. I don’t know what happened to this company but I’ll never trust them again.

Charged For Total Order, But Only Received half.
Ordered cleaners directly from this company because I wanted to cut out the middle man. However, I still ended up purchasing cleaners elsewhere because half of my order shipped. However, I was STILL charged for the entire order!!! I have called them several times and was lied to each time about a refund that is supposedly "on the way." Customer service is absolutely awful. The agents aren't knowledgeable AT ALL! I will NEVER order from this company again!!!

One of my favorite companies!
One of my favorite companies to order from. Love their scents and products. Their cleaning stuff is amazing and I feel good using it in our house. Feels safer especially with 5 kids in the home. They stand behind being all natural and all their stuff cleans just as well without all the yuck chemicals. Customer service is really great too if you ever have a problem, they make it right.
