Their customercare service is really great. Unfortunately my return package got lost. The cc service responded immediately to an email asking how I should resolve this. After that, they kept me properly informed by email and phone. And after 3 weeks the money was back in my account

Best customer service experience I’ve ever had
The process of shopping with MyTheresa is beautiful. Everything down to opening the package when it arrived felt like a special experience. And the extra touch of being able to reserve your shoe size for exchange prior to returning your purchase is very appreciated. Speaking with customer service to reserve my shoe size for exchange was also the best experience I’ve had with a customer service agent. The process is fast and the person I spoke with was kind, calm and very helpful.
