Steer clear of this rubbish!
I bought a Thomson Neo Notebook 14.1 for my 2 grandkids(4 & 7yrs old) on 20th March so they could undertake home learning whilst in lockdown due to Covid19. 4 days later my daughter phoned to say it was impossible to use as it kept crashing.and re-booting! My husband who has many years experience of Apple products, had a look and said the minimum spec for Windows 10 CPU maxis out as the 4gb is nowhere near enough to support it. A waste of money, a waste of time, totally not fit for purpose! Now I'm stuck with a useless laptop, that I'm having to fight with Littlewoods whom I ordered it from to send back and even worse, I have 2 grandkids who are very upset and falling behind with their homelearning projects😤People might say "what do you expect for £220?" Well, as a key worker at my grandkids school, and on a low income, ID EXPECT AT THE VERY LEAST, A LAPTOP TO BE ABLE TO SUPPORT THE WINDOWS PROGRAMME THAT'S PRE-INSTALLED!!!
