We found out our domain was suspended due to an Indian "John Doe" injunction (Case CS(COMM) 1322/2025). Namecheap didn't bother to verify the claims or notify us; they just acted as the Indian court's global enforcer. This "suspend first, ask questions never" approach is a death sentence for any creative platform. Namecheap is a liability, not a partner.
