Unreliable and Dishonest Company
Never use this company to transport your motorcycle!! Hopefully they are better at transporting cars. I contacted them 2 weeks in advance to pick up and ship my motorcycle from a location I no longer lived. They guaranteed me they could do the job so I booked a flight to meet them at the storage unit in Houston where the bike was located. They had a 6 day window to pick up the bike and never showed up. They had one excuse after another. Thus I was out the price of a plane ticket, hotel room, and rental car. I then had to pay another company to shuttle the bike to their shop and hold it for me until another shipping company could pick up the bike for shipment the following week.In addition after not showing up during the prearranged week, they told me they could pick up the bike the following week but it would cost me an additional $150 to do so. After all of the problems they caused me the previous week this just added insult to injury. If anything they should have offered to credit me $150 for all of the inconvenience they had caused.
