Not good
Not goodDon't believe the hype. Caveat Emptor !! Rick's ego is so over-inflated and arrogant that he refused to follow client's direct instructions, dismissed any suggestions to amend, salvage and/or rehabilitate a deficient one cause of action Complaint when there were a multitude of other alternative theories of recovery to plead, and wound up losing NOT ONE, BUT TWO Motions for Summary Judgment and ultimately lost an otherwise solid case. He did not issue any subpoenas for Defendant's records, propound any Plaintiff's discovery devices or notice any Plaintiff's depositions. He did NOT zealously advocate or aggressively prosecute his client's legal action. He took advantage of a senior citizen client's vulnerability, emotional distress, and geographical distance to avoid any in-person face-to-face meetings when the rare opportunities to do so were presented. And, after nearly 4 years of claiming that he would ultimately prevail, his "know it all" attitude devastated a winning lawsuit to the basement level and he informed this client that the case was lost and were forced to accept a low ball "take it or leave it" settlement offer from several deep pocket Defendants.Instead of making his client whole again by attaining adequate compensation for the victim's injuries and damages, Rick Nehora left his client in a worse position than if he never suffered through 4 years of turmoil and the intense pain that comes with litigation.
