Paging system down at nursing home. Could not gain access to adapter. Called NetGain and talked to Carlos on ticket 3504110. This guy was the best . Went far beyond the extra mile to help and after taking other avenues to fix the problem . Finally got to Carlos that fixed my problem . Great,Great technician to work with. This guy knows his stuff. I can't say enough about how good he is
