A few times I have received substitutions I didn't like, such as Baked Lays not real Lays, $3 creamy ranch when I ordered $7 Maries salad dressing, ranch dip not onion, chocolate cookies not peanut butter....so use their write-in section to specify if you're picky! Sometimes they call to okay subs, but not always
Great service! I was super sick and couldn't leave my hotel room at 10PM so I setup an account and did an online order of some Nyquil, Dayquil and Tylenol. What a life saver! The delivery person was timely and professional. I would highly recommend this service.

Good price, NOT Quality Groceries. Every time I order fruit they get here way too ripe and bruise and old. Everything but fresh... they spoil in 2 days.
Best selection and super fast delivery
This is an update: I finally received my beer order from Saturday on Monday. For some reason they expected me to be home for this delivery. They did leave it in my package room and texted me to say so. I did not get all the beers I ordered but they did stick to the theme of IPAs and I am happy with that. In addition to the delivery I also received a refund for the ENTIRE order!! Thank you Village Farm Grocery for doing what you could to make this as right as possible. I ordered some beers at 2:17pm and the vendor was Village Farm Grocery. I chose them and NewYorkGrocery because I could order individual cans instead of 6 packs. I called at 5:15 because I hadn’t received my order And was told it was on its way. When it didn’t arrive by 7:15 I called again and was told that the order was never sent out because they didn’t have everything I asked for. I told them nobody had called and he apologized and I asked for a refund. He said he would call the guy and get that completed. Today I called to make sure I was getting my refund, because I had not seen it come through PayPal, and the man who answered the phone told me that he had called 7 times and that I had entered my phone number incorrectly into the app. I told him that was impossible and he told me to look again. I hung up after being told the refund would take 2-3 days. I looked at my order and of course my phone number was correct. I would never ever use this service again. When I called at 5:15 why didn’t they tell me they didn’t have all the items? They are not responsible or accountable for their own actions. My refund better show up in three days.
I use newyorkgrocery ALL the time!!! VERY reliable...AND...if thereis some problem with my order, I am contacted right away. There is a friendly voice on the phone to explain the problem and to offer any andall options. I will use them again and again!!!!
I bought a bunch of items to be delivered to a friend (inside joke) I tipped over $18 because I included specific instructions that it was a gift and if they could write a one sentence note, I would appreciate it. In their online instructions it says they will attach a note. They did not and I am upset I tipped so much before this was done.
