So I can say without a doubt that you can order something from them and not have to worry about it. If it's damaged or something is missing or the order got messed up, mixed up or whatever they will make it right. I wish I could give a 10 star rating that's how much I can personally vouch for the quality of service from Noble Knight games

I had purchased a used game that was misslabled and opened it at home to find out it was missing parts. Through email we were able to get the problem corrected and they mailed me the parts. What srarted as a frustrating experience turned out to be a pleasant one. Thank you Noble Knight. I look forward to my next visit. (Edit spelling)
I have used Noble night many times in the past few years, both to trade games, and to buy used a new games. Occasionally a used game will come in missing a part, and Noble Knight immediately tries to make it right, occasionally replacing the bad copy with a new copy at no expense to myself. Recently I bought a brand new (expensive) game that was shipped from the publisher with an erroneous rule book. Noble Knight looked at the other copy they had in stock and found the same problem, so they offered me a complete free return, or a significant partial refund. And this is for a problem that they had no means of avoiding. They could easily have blamed the publisher and sent me on my way. They have absolutely the best care and service for their customers that I have ever seen. Highly recommended. Additionally I have traded in many older games that were just sitting on my shelf collecting dust, as my tastes and ability to find opponents has changed over the decades. I am so grateful that they have new life for others who really enjoy them! They make it so easy to trade in games and they provide store credit or cash, but the credit is a higher value. I always take the credit! Noble Knight you rock!
I had some missing cards from a game I ordered and their customer support was top notch. They were super quick to find a solution and they really took care of me. I would use them again.

My heart felt thanks to kind and helpful staff at Noble Knight Games. Knowing full well that buying used game comes with the risk of missing or damage components. So far I can only count the number times I had to contact Noble Knight Games for missing or damage components that needed replacement in one hand.From the missing Dragon mini for Heropath, missing map tiles in Dungeons of Infinity and now a missing minion chart from A Touch of Evil Revised Edition; a well worded e-mail or a polite phone call. The staff at NKG made sure and reassured me that all my worries are tended to.The staff always responded in kind as quickly and efficiently as they could. I really apricate that kind of service and dedication. Pleas never change that work mentality and effort.
I ordered a game online through their website and it was easy and very fast. I got a great deal on the game I was looking for and it came very quickly and was packaged very well. I will be buying from them again.
I have ordered many games from Noble Knight. I have found their service to be exceptional. I purchase many old games, and it is not unusual for there to be missing pieces, etc. Noble Knight’s customer response to these issues is, to me, always fair, quick, friendly and even generous at times. I don’t really buy used games anywhere else.
Ordered a mage knight with then but states near mint, package arrived but would just be in the box and plastics inside. So 2 of the piece arrived broken after waiting for weeks before they arrived.Expected to receive a Near Mint Condition but arrived broken.They should have atleast secured the pieces in the packaging but everything is just scrambles all together in the box of course it will not went well and it will broke upon shipping.Totally not satisfied on this order. Update: seller sends out replacement. Cant give 5 stars as something went wrong the first order but hoping this review will help them have good packaging next time. Replacement arrived fine.Thank you for fast action.

Their customer service and problem resolution is top notch! I have NEVER had an easier experience resolving an issue with an order. Response time is rather quick and personal. From the UK and purchased an item from this company. The postage was good compared to most places and the item arrived within 2 weeks. Well packaged and tracking provided throughout. Would purchase again from them.
On paper, I'd really quite like to recommend Noble Knight since they have a reasonable selection of harder to find board games. But I don't recommend them to anybody living outside of the US or I'd really prefer if they made international shipping options more transparent, whether customs/duties are included in the price. Shipping to Toronto, Canada with Fedex was a horrible experience where the courier didn't even try to deliver the package to my door and I was requested to fill out a ton of paperwork, and the web portal to pay for customs were entirely broken so I would be forced to drive to my local shipping facility and pick it up myself, and nearly paying twice the price of the already expensive shipping. I'm aware not all of this is Noble Knight's fault, but some transparency or warnings on how international shipping costs may impact the consumer would have been appreciated, this was the first time in a while I had a major headache trying to buy something from a US distributor.

I bought Pathfinder 2e NPC core , it is a beautiful book, and the delivery was successful 👌. I'm very pleased with that it came on time. Recommend Noble knight games.
I live in the UK and have used Noble Knight twice in the last few months. Their website is excellent with a good search facility and the ability to place a request for an out of stock item. This in particular works well as I receive notifications promptly allowing me to make a purchase. Orders are processed promptly and the goods are very well packaged. They use a courier (Fedex) that is effiecient - good tracking, exzcellent couriers and in the most recent case the good arrived several days ahead of the expected delivery date.Noble Knights prices are very reasonable even taking into account the shipping charges from the US and their prices have bettered both a well known UK traders and a European supplier by a significant amount. Top marks!
