Ordered a Garmin S62

Ordered a Garmin S62. Order didnt ship for a whole week. after this the package arrived over 2 weeks late and to top it all off the watch they sent was incorrect and of half the value. Just buy from American golf and save you the time and hastle dealing with the poor customer service for the sake of saving a little extra.

Company is a scam

Company is a scam. Initially helpful in the processing of an order and then it never arrives. No tracking information or dispatch notice and then they allege it couldn't be delivered. Won't refund until the item has "been returned" which is now 4 weeks after it was "sent".

NordicaGolf is a fake site

NordicaGolf is a fake site, they don’t send your items, they disregard your emails.I ordered a Golf cap over a week ago, the item wasn’t even processed or dispatched in that week.After getting in touch with them, they told me they would ship it and sent me a tracking link (the link didn’t work)Then the next day they shipped it, only after I’d asked for a refund.I’d never use this company again, and anybody who orders from here, do so at your own risk.

Terrible customer service

Have been waiting weeks for my delivery. The have no interest in helping beyond sending me the tracking link again and again. Useless customer service, which is the trend of these reviews.

Stay away from this company

Im still waiting to get my money back had to return the product. They say money back after 3 weeks. It is now 6 weeks ago and they don’t reply on my emails.

Ordered a couple of Acer woods

Ordered a couple of Acer woods . 11 wood and 15 wood.dely took 5 days. Upon receipt one club , the 15 wood arrived with a damaged shaft. Sent Nordica an email with photos. They dispatched replacement same day.. Can't fault club quality or service .

Completely impossible to get in contact with this compagny by e-mail. Called them twice but same s….. result. How on earth can you call yourself a serious choise when you are completely r…… on your customer support?

Top class experience, small delay but happy…

I feel compelled to write these guys a good review. I have ordered off them previously and the clubs arrived and they were great. I have ordered again last week a new set of irons. I was a bit worried as it was delayed but I emailed the company and they said they are waiting on the SW. Give these guys a chance. They are not stealing money, they run a good business. Maybe try getting in touch and allow some time for a reply before posting bad reviews.

False advertising and theft

Ordered some clubs online. They emailed me to offer me a different spec as they didn't have what I ordered. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me over a week ago and no contact from them since then and no refund. So false advertising on their site, terrible customer service and theft of my money so far.

Happy customer. Would recommend.

Ordered a replacement shaft with adaptor for my Cobra Speedzone driver as I wanted a regular flex to replace the stiff shaft it came with. Ordered on Friday 23rd July with immediate acknowledgement. Message from DHL confirming it had been picked up for delivery on Tues 27th and delivered to my home in Scotland on the Thursday 29th. 6 days from time of order from Sweden to UK. Tried it out yesterday and very happy with it. Would use again without question.

Sadly I wish I had read the reviews before purchase. Paid for express delivery on a shaft and quoted 4 to 5 days. Courier not even received the item yet. Could have got the shaft elsewhere and had it by now. Avoid and go somewhere else.

No items and no refund

Ordered clubs almost 2 months ago, they have given tracking numbers that have been delivered to Sweden when I am in the UK. Not responding to emails. Even requested a refund and nothing. I would stay away from this company.

Seemed good to start with don't bother.

Seemed good to start with, a quick response to my query about a driver shaft. All went quickly downhill from there. Despite ordering an 'in stock' item my order was still shown as processing a week after ordering. No responses to the phone calls or emails until I raised a Paypal dispute when suddenly I received an email stating that my driver shaft should be built in a 'few days'. Not good enough, I've asked for the order to be cancelled, I'll bet that gets ignored as well.

Stay far !

I ordered on Nordicagolf, articles declared in stock on the site. After payment normally accepted by Klarna (equivalent to paypal), a message appears "Operation canceled, products not available in stock" and that's it. No confirmation email, nothing. However, 2 days later, debit in the name of Nordica-Klarna, on my credit card. Contacts by email, phone not accessible (message in Swedish, then line busy): at the beginning, answer "I think you will be reimbursed today" (!). Since then, multiple exchanges blaming Klarna, that they ask me to contact (!) To request the refund (I contacted them anyway, no response to date). 5 weeks that it lasts! Be aware that if you order from Nordica, you run the risk like me and others (see reviews) of being debited for the amount, without items and without proof of purchase, and of being walked for weeks without (yet, I hope) to be reimbursed.

It was the first time I visited Nordicagolf site. I liked very much the process of customise clubs. The order processing and delivering time was very nice.Now I am testing the clubs on my golf club course to see if my expectations will be fulfill. Many thanks.
