I have been having ongoing issues…
I have been having ongoing issues regarding my shipment with little to no help. All of a sudden I get a message from nurx offering $20 to write a review? I look and sure enough there are a TON of recent 5 star reviews within a very short period of time. This is shady!!! Upon further digging, I find that this company was acquired by another company called Remedy Meds which has suspicious reviews as well on here despite other sites having negative ones… I will be canceling immediately.

Have been using NURX for 3+ years. The whole process is very easy to work with. Also if have any question, I can always find help in a timely manner through the chat box. Also they ask many detailed questions to make sure the right solution is offered, sometimes things like weight will make a difference when they make the decision so do take time to fill in the initial questionnaire when you start. Very recommend!

Reliable Service
I’ve been using this service for BC since it was The Pill Club, and I don’t have much to complain about. Since the brand became Nurx I’ve had a monthly fee tacked onto my deliveries, but it’s $3 so it doesn’t feel like I’m being scammed or anything. I’ve never had a missed or delayed shipment and it continues to be easy to do a yearly check-in and forget about it for the rest of the year. I haven’t personally had any negative experiences with customer service or the nurses. I do miss the stickers, though.

I love that Nurx is so discrete
I love that Nurx is so discrete, so I don’t have people all up in my business. Super easy website to use super fast and affordable. The only con is they don’t accept my insurance. So I’m suck with the out of pocket cost.
