Denied CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT
Had a confirmed appointment at the CastleHill medical site. When I showed up I was denied medical help because they said that I did NOT have an appointment. I then showed them the confirmation text that was sent by Oak street. Still, it was denied. The Dominican receptionist was both rude and didn’t bother to check the confirmation. So I walked out vowing never to use Oak Street again.

They absolutely never return calls.(in my experience with them 99% of the time would be accurate).They were in Evansville In and left town without providing me with a venue to get my medicationI was so angry and upset that I called and talked to some young lady I started with you might be the best person in the world but bla bla bla never felt so desparate and disrespected. I have felt guilty every since. I am not a mean and nasty person and I regret letting them get under my skin. I apologize to that young lady but I would never go there again or work there or do anything regarding them or with them.

I have been going to oak street for like two years , I have mixed reviews of these people.Now they closed down the office.I go to and have provided no place for me to go to hell told me to call my insurance provider.What d*** heads . I think of all the folks who are up there at a hard time, getting around, and they just drop 'em, is not provide any kind of help.This company really should not even be in business

The worst medical care EVER…
The worst medical care I have ever witnessed! My 74yr old mom was a patient (funny they dont even know she's a former patient). When they weren't mixing up her medical records with someone else they were definitely busy not ever returning phone calls. Forget about the doctor who was proficient in explaining a condition but never was prepared (no medical records from previous doctor was obtained in over a year) when i pulled her out of this place they still hadn't received her previous records. I was constantly reminding him of the medicines she couldn't take. The kicker is my mom was sent for a MRI and STILL MORE THAN 60 DAYS LATER NO ONE EVER CALLED TO SAY, DISCUSS, OR EVEN FOLLOW UP THAT MY MOM HAD A STROKE!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED TREATING ELDERS THIS WAY! I tried reaching out to corporate several times about these situations no response...

Don’t go here! They tell you each time that this line is being recorded. I know why. Lawsuit against them online. They will make a appointment for you 3 months out, then try to switch you to a brand new doctor without telling you. I’m so glad I called them today to confirm, Got the run around, transferred 3x and each time they tell you by the person you’re talking to, not a computer, THIS CALL IS BEING RECORDED. You NEED to RECORD THEM yourself In case you need to sue. Was told they would call me back to see WHY I was switched to some random new doctor. Nope! Never heard back. I’m so glad I looked at the reviews online, I’m not the only one. IF I wanted to go to a nobody new doctor I wouldn’t have waited 3 months for the doctor I researched . Thank you Jesus for protecting me from these incompetent losers!

Made an appointment online for new patient Medicare consultation. Confirmed appointment for 2 weeks out by text. Showed up at 1:00 pm appointment and front desk said I was scheduled for 2:00 PM. Left and returned at 2:00 pm and they said they were in error and my appointment was for 1:00 pm and could not see me this day, They asked to reschedule for another 2 weeks out, Find another health care provider, This office is a joke!

OMG, DO NOT GO HERE!
Not only did they screw up my bloodwork *forgot to do it and threw it out (had to go back and give more blood) and urinalysis but they didn't send half my medical records to MY NEW DOCTOR (who is NOT affiliated with these bogus people) and I was told they are known for this. Vindication? Do not bother with these people. It's like a "pretend" clinic with "pretend" staff. They are all about advertising how great they are. THEY AREN'T. They're awful!

Never work for this company, when you take concerns to them about a patient's bad experience that ignore it and give excuses to not look into it. Some supervisors are transparent and could care less about your concerns or opinions unless they think your important and making them look good by reaching your monthly quota. I stated that all you can is your best and inform them about the benefits of quality care but you can't force people, it's their choice. RW my supervisor didn't care, their only concern was making her quota!!

I had written a complaint about Oak St Health, it is also on Trustpilot, and their reply was:“Response from the owner 12 hours ago”“Hi Nancy, thank you for getting in touch with us. Let's talk and figure this out together. Please give us a call at (866) 983-3450 so we can try and resolve your issue.” So stupid me, decided to call to see if they would truly resolve my issue, so I called and the number was to the call center, I asked if this was the call center and she said yes, couldn’t believe it, call center and you want to resolve my issue’s, it’s not like you are sitting there and I could ask for you, response from owner doesn’t work, you couldn’t even put your name on it. The rep who answered phone was extremely sweet and apologetic about the situation and she was going to send it to whoever, I don’t remember who and they have a 2-day response timeline and I already know that is not true, it’s been over a month already. My experience with Oak St Health has been horrible and when I’ve been reading reviews on Trustpilot and other ones, not Oak St Health page, they are of course good, makes me wish I read before I went, and I will definitely start using it now.Their reply is an auto-response, so they don’t even know when someone complains. Really shows how much they care—what a bunch of crap.

Never been there. Don't plan to go. If I wanted to visit,q first I must show up to "meet" the dr.s. Take a tour of their facilities. Meet the entire staff. Then they might make an appointment to help me in the future. Do they also want my newborn before I can be seen about my issue? Not interested.

this is the worst run practice I have ever seen, I have yet, after 6 months to see who is in charge.in the last two months they have lost my appoints, ordered the wrong medicine, which put me in a bad position, they refused to see me after telling me to call back in a week if I was still sick. you can never get an appropriate appointment, they are always without any openings. I was their first patient as they have good advertising. today, after total frustration, I told them to forget my name, and I found a new doctor. these people should be put out of business. this all happened within two months of 2026

I understand now what oak tree specializes in helping the elderly, especially single elderly, those that have no family, they take advantage of them in whatever way possible to put the dollar in their pocket but not to help me with my issues, I have\n Been back-and-forth across town 3 times Took me 3 months to get an intellectual cardiogram, and then after it came, nobody could tell me what was wrong with my heart. It's the big joke CV s made a big mistake buying or investing in the oak tree program very unprofessional, it's hard to ever anyone in there. But so be it it's time to go to the big guns. Now I'm tired of playing with your little leaguers.

July 2025 through December 2025 - Absolutely awful Dr Bachiri and practice in Garland Texas. My rides provided by OSH mostly undependable. Many appointments missed as a result. Too often I was given meds I'm allergic to, Dr failed to send prescription on time sending me to ER or just plain wrong for my illness. I've changed doctors/practice now and will never go back.

I had great expectations when I decided to walk into an Oak Street health center. I had just retired and OSH advertised that they catered to older adults on Medicare and/or Medicaid. My first day at OSH was not unusual in that I had to take a full physical so that they could determine my health status. After the physical, I was told to schedule a future appointment, so they could give me the results of the test and move on from there. When I returned, I noticed that the nurse who was there during my first visit was replace. The results of my tests were not alarming, although I did have some health issues. I was given prescriptions to deal with those issues, which if I had agreed to, would amount to $800 out-of-pocket ! I told the doctor who was actually a Physycians-Assitant, that I could not afford the prescriptions he gave me. He told me to just purchase the ones that I could afford. For some reason I got the feeling that the staff there was dissapointed that I was not any sicker so they could pump more money out me ... In any case, I scheduled another appointment with the Doctor(Physician Assistant). When I returned for that appointment, I had to wait 2 hours in the lobby because of a staff shortage. After the 2 hour wait, I finally go to see a nurse, not the same one I had seen previously of course, who told me she was actually the Floor Manager there. She made me take another series of tests, but the way she adminsterd those test was Gruff to say the least. I actually felt very nervous and uncomfortable around this nurse. This is when I said to myself, "It's time to go back to my previous clinic", who were not perfect, but at least they were professional. I walked out of the office before seeing the doctor, because I had another appointment. Another issue with OAK St Health is that they use technology to alert/harrass you every other day. They send you alerts every other day by text and email. When you are approaching your scheduled appointment, its 3 text and emails a day. They even send you birthday-cards in the mail on your birthday ! If only they knew that I was not interested in all that bang-wizz stuff just my health. OSH advertises on TV 24/7 even on weekends. They have a special channel where they brag every day about their services. However, if they have to advertise so much, it's probably because their products are not any good.

Saw nurse practitioner last Friday. Needed one critical sleep medication called in. Called Monday to check status, clerk said she was sending it in while on the phone. Nada. Called Tuesday am was told first time prescriptions require extra steps, was told I would get a call back in 24-48 hours. Called back around 2 pm and asked if I could be called back before 5 with a yes or no as to medication being called in TODAY so I could order emergency pills from pharmacist. Called THEM back 4 today, was told I would need to schedule another office visit. Told clerk to cancel all future appointments; some child was on the phone babbling then silence. She hung up on me! I will watch them, they will probably bill me for no show on blood work appointment next week. All they had to do was call in one prescription, I am 70 years old and suffer from severe sleep medication. Bye bye zoo.
