Absolute fraud of a company paid over £130 for equipment and in Oct and i have not recieved a thing. Company is just blanking my emails. Please dont part with your hard earned money as you will just be disappointed also

Con artists. Took my money, never sent the product, then refused to give any update on the status of the order. Only after getting my bank involved did I receive a refund. Do not use under any circumstances.

Ordered an item from them for 48 hour delivery. Over a month later and still no item and no refund I've sent them half a dozen emails and they've ignored everything after the first two when it became apparent the item had gone missing. Wouldn't order from them again if they paid me too! I can except the delays but what I cannot except is being outright ignored for over a month! Absolute con artists!

Worst service I have experienced in a long time! Had to keep asking for my order over 5 weeks, when the delivery advises 1-2 days. Then I was sent the wrong size, and couldn’t use my gloves for my grading. I had to also chase a refund and I’m still chasing the return postage I paid out of my own pocket, months later. Rubbish communication. Thanks for nothing
i have recently ordered a pair of fairtex mma sparring gloves, not only am i still awaiting their deliver but , additionally i have been ignored on multiple occasions when contacting their customer service team ; initially i received a very informal, brief and quite frankly rude response requiring my order number, i then responded in kind and i am still yet to receive an update on my order status. Please DO NOT use this company save your time money and patience.
Although the item I had initially wanted wasn’t in stock I found them very helpful and easy to deal with. Communication was always easy and any issues resolved swiftly. I would happily trust them again with my business.
Avoid avoid avoid. After advertising a product in stock which they clearly didn’t have in, it took me six weeks to get my money back and that was only after the bank had to step in, good old NatWest there is no phone number to get in touch with these people just an email that they don’t bother to reply to after numerous requests to refund my Money with absolutely no response NatWest did the job for me.My advice would be to go with a proven company has been trading for some time ,whatever you do don’t part with any money to these people, you have been warned.
Scam taking money no item call your bank and report they will block future payments for them... And you will get refund
SCAM Paid for item and received email saying it will be sent in next few days weeks later no delivery!No contact number No reply’s from emails AVOID
Avoid at all costs. They clearly sold me an item they never had. Completely wasted my time when I needed the pads I’d ordered for training.Couple of emails saying they are looking into it then nothing. Reported them To action fraud and just received my money back from my Credit card company.
Great products available at good prices. Helpful staff. Give them a try next time you need some stuff for your martial arts.

Ordered punchbag for £200, received order confirmation, then received an email to say item had been dispatched. 1 week later received another email to say the item was out of stock and although it was out of stock - the price was wrong anyway! Apparently, the punch bag was actually £300 not £200 and so they couldn’t send it me! Asked them to refund me, no response. Had to dispute through my Bank to get my money back. Do not risk your money with this disgusting company!

Not worth the gamble if you can find the same item elsewhere. They list items as being in stock but they don’t have them. Communication then stops once you want your money back, which results in you having to contact your credit card company for their help retrieving funds.Holding onto people’s money isn’t good business guys, you get slated on social media, just like the majority of reviews on here...
