A very poor shopping experience. They claimed that the goods had been delivered to my doorstep, but I couldn't see them and they couldn't provide any evidence.

Worst buying experience ever
Worst buying experience ever. I bought in October 21st and I got no response from no one regarding where my shipment was. It was nearly impossible to contact them because no one answered the phones they claim to have as contact information. I would never buy again from them.

Terrible from the start
Terrible from the start. Owner promised the stars and didn't deliver after initial order was not delivered when prmoised. Zero communication after initial purchase; not only until after we cancelled the order did the owner step in to assist, but he was no help at all. Then owner started to harrass me and my staff because we cancelled the order. Do yourself a favor, steer clear of this company.

Very very poor communication, and broken promises.
My experience with Open Air Cinema has been rather disappointing. The sales and management of OAC doesn't appear to be committed to ensuring customers are taken care of, with horrendous communication practices, and terrible management. More than a month after purchasing a screen and I am still missing components that were supposed to come with the kit. Emails go unanswered. As far as the screen itself goes it's pretty good, only a couple design flaws that could be engineered better. Craftsmanship is some of the better I've seen in the industry which is why I rated them two stars instead of one.

Everything arrived quickly
Everything arrived quickly. The unit seems to be something that will last. But, like most things we seem to get, the long term storage provided with the unit is sized much too small to fit everything back in unless it's all machine folded & rolled. Just charge $20 more and make the bags and boxes a little bigger. The instructions also assume that someone has already zipped the screen into the inflatable frame, rather than providing that instruction.

I would recommend Open Air Cinema to anyone wanting an amazing outdoor set up. When I called to get additional information, I had the pleasure of speaking with Stuart. He was so kind and explained everything thoroughly between the different packages. Easy setup
Easy setup. Great overall. My only suggestions would be to have a more stable base, use vinyl instead of nylon, and use a ps4 or something with more capability than the provided dvd player.
