Everything was awesome except for the fact the bike did not open and lock at 180 degrees-so not bad enough where it didn’t ride well, but kind of annoying to look at. I was able to place some adhesive foam in between the joint and it is now pretty close to 180. Great bike and customer service otherwise.
Five stars for the service part. Two stars for the bikes (we bought two - one directly, another one via WM). Both bikes are made in China and, I suspect, at two different factories.

Hawk Bike arrives safe and sound. Bike needs minor adjustment. Packing slip said to email bike shop. After three tries I gave up. Used youtube video from park tools. If you are comfortable making minor adjustments on your own, go with this bike shop.
Great Bike - Origami Hawk. Fast delivery, easy-setup, exceptional price for a quality bike. No issues after months of riding 7 days a week. And, in fact ordered the new fat tire Origami Bull for Arizona trails. Highly recommended without reservations.
I ordered 2 inner tubes. Was overcharged for shipping but Paul responded quickly to my query and refunded the overcharge. There appeared a delay in sending so I had to query again about the status of the order. Paul admitted he had misplaced the order and sent it out the very next day….true to his word on both counts!!! I have the greatest respect for someone who admits and rectifies the error promptly. That shows good customer relations, as things will sometimes surely go wrong. I’m very happy how it turned out and my dealings with Paul!! Now hopefully my cat will stop biting my tires, lol!! 😸
Super easy and fast transaction. The bicycles arrived new and in great condition. Unfolding was a bit hard for me as a new user but the videos were very helpful and once I did the first one, the second one was easy. The color was beautiful. I dont know much of material but one of the best quality bicycles Ive ever bought. Highly recommended.
I am touring the USA in a RV. I have been looking at folding bikes for months. I saw two Eagle Origami bikes at the lot next to me at First Landing State Park in Virginia. The couple researched folding bikes for months too and were sold on Origami as the both bikes packed up into their Subaru. I looked at the website that evening and chat appeared on my phone. Paul was answering my questions at 10 pm that night. I ordered the Eagle and it was delivered to the state park in two days. " Outstanding Service"
I had been searching for a 20" folding bike for weeks. I knew I would eventually need a luggage rack to carry extra items and fenders to protect me riding on wet roads. I eventually found al I needed in the Origami Hawk. I found it on the Walmart website, but did not have good experiences ordering from them. i googled the company and bought direct from the Origami website. The transaction went smoothly and I received my new bike within a week.
Sad, I wanted to believe the guy on their online chat/email. Was told better then another company I had bought from. Got my bike yesterday. That was the only good thing, it came on time. Got on it to ride down the block to test it. The handle bars/fork of the bike move front back left to right! The front brake system seem to be rubbing, SCRATCHES in the red paint which I hate. Switched the gears and backend of the bike is making a noise. Why would a new bike be sent out this way?
They claimed to "have designed Origami folding bicycles from the wheels up" when they re-sell chinese Sava re-painted bikes, with extra 500$ increase. Not honest
