Wrong delivery address on the wish list
I was presented with a Pandora wish list for my God daughter’s birthday and purchased one of the items on it the problem is the gift was sent to the billing address and NOT To the address stated on the wish list which happens to be the birthday girl’s address. Now I don’t know how to get her present to her on time. A very disappointing experience

Beautiful charm. Shame about inscription
Very nice if I wasn’t expecting to read the inscription. I couldn’t read, so I used a magnifying glass! Still couldn’t read it!! Looks like a lot of scribbles. If I didn’t have to send it to my sister in America, I would have sent it back. Heaven only knows how much it was enlarged for the photograph. Disappointed

Wrong items sent
Ordered online, won’t do it again. I was sent the wrong items, so could not return/exchange in store as they didn’t match the invoice. Took far too long and far too much of my time chasing to get my refund. Will continue to purchase from Pandora, but only instore. The mistake was at their end but I had to chase my refund.
