I was promised item to be sent 2pm

I was promised item to be sent 2pm, its 3:50pm and still no call, i called the tech he said he has nothing to do with the time arrangement and my delivery was number 8, i texted the customer service, after awhile.. they arrange the delivery at 6. No updates whatsoever. Last minute arrangements. 2 item at the same company which is so stupid you guys cannot send them together i dont understand. 2 different cse attending for 1 order is outstandingly ridiculous

Blatant deception by Perfect Home Services

Perfect Home Service came over to my house to perform an AC check up. The contractor checked the air conditioning coils. He told me that there are multiple holes in my ductwork and advised me to replace the entire ductwork, so I did. I contacted other HVAC companies for a second opinion and to my surprise, they said that my ductwork is perfect. I will never use and trust them again!
