Poor quality, not sent what ordered

The one shirt was not the right color it was solid brown, instead of the pebbles, the photos were oddly placed, you can’t see any of the background, and one of the photos was chopped off. Have ordered before and it was great. This time not so much

Do Not Do Business With This Company

Paid for expedited service AND shipping. Was promised item before Christmas. Never came. Reached out to customer service, never received a proper update. Cancelled order on January 2nd due to non-delivery. They would not cancel and said it was already shipped, which was untrue. Received item on January 9th and they refuse to accept it back as it was a gift and not needed anymore. Terrible company and customer service. Never Again!

Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage, save yourself the trouble and find something better. Make sure you look at some reviews first though, exactly what I didn’t do. I ordered around December 1st, I payed more for it to come before Christmas it just showed up February 6th. So I paid 80$ for a hoodie with 3 pets on it for my daughter, and the hoodie is extremely low quality, the embroidery looks like a child scribbled it with a crayon and doesn’t even resemble the picture references I gave them. Don’t worry though they sent me a 10% coupon off my next order. What a joke. 😡😡😡😡 I can’t give this to my daughter it’s an absolute disaster.

Horrible Company & Worse Customer Service!

I ordered a Valentine's sweatshirt with my pets face on it at the beginning of January and then remembered after seeing an ad, that I hadn't received my order. I reached out only to be told it was delivered on 1/27. I checked with neighbors and the 2 adjacent buildings only to learn it was not here nor had anyone seen it. I reached back out to PetFiestas who forwarded me a photo of the front of my multi-unit building. They did not provide a photo of the package at my condo unit door, in my mailbox or even in the building. After numerous back and forth emails, I was told to provide them a WRITTEN LETTER OF CORRESPONDENCE from the post office that they did not deliver it. I'm unsure if this company is familiar with the USPS or the mail service in Chicago, but that was not going to happen. USPS would never provide me with such information. I was then instructed to reach out to their shipping company YanwaExpress (?) and provide tracking information for them to open a claim. WTH??? As adorable as the sweatshirt was, I've chalked it up to losing $50. HORRIBLE COMPANY, WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Avoid at all costs.

I believe that it’s a fake website

I believe that it’s a fake website. I ordered a sweatshirt back in November and never received it. I sent email and they said they were working on it. Still haven’t received sweatshirt and it’s now February. I did contact my credit card company and the refunded my $62. Don’t order from this site.

I’d give 0 stars if it was an option

I’d give 0 stars if it was an option! Ordered a grey sweatshirt with an image of my dog, her name and year of birth on it. Received a green sweatshirt, with someone else’s dog, different name and wrong year of birth! Emailed to say I’d received someone else’s order and requested a refund or replacement and was offered a 10% refund 😳. If you risk ordering from this company, pay by credit card so you are protected

This has been a terrible experience

This has been a terrible experience. I will never order from this company again. I ordered this product as a Christmas gift in November and paid extra for it to arrive by Christmas. It is almost February and I still haven’t received the items. The order tracking claims that is shipped but you don’t use a regular carrier so I have no idea where it is or when it is arriving. I feel like I got scammed and want my money back.

This company does not care about customer satisfaction

UPDATE AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE:The company replied publicly stating that the “frosted glass” style only captures the “essence” of the look and may not include actual glass-like texture or metallic effects. This directly contradicts how the product is advertised, which clearly shows frosted glass appearance and gold detailing as defining features of the style. There is no confusion here — only facts. I did not receive what I paid for and fulfilled my part as the purchaser. The company failed to fulfill theirs.There is no disclaimer anywhere on the website stating that the selected portrait style may not resemble what is shown or that the final result is subject to broad artist interpretation — something consumers would reasonably expect to be disclosed before purchasing.This is not a matter of subjective interpretation — the finished canvas I received has a flat, plain background with none of the elements that distinguish the frosted glass style at all.They also asked me to contact them to “discuss a solution,” despite the fact that I already exchanged multiple emails with customer support where my concerns were repeatedly dismissed and only partial refunds were offered. A full refund was ultimately offered only if I paid nearly the full purchase price to ship the item back to China.Additionally, my negative review was never posted on the company’s website, suggesting that unfavorable feedback is filtered out and customers are not shown a complete picture of how issues are handled.The public response appears to be for appearance only, as it does not reflect how the issue was actually handled privately.I am sharing this update so other customers understand that if the product does not match what is advertised, the company reframes it as subjective rather than correcting the error. I stand by this 1-star review. Be warned before doing business with this company.INITIAL REVIEW:I ordered a custom pet memorial canvas in the “frosted glass” style with gold detailing, as advertised on their website. What I received was a basic canvas with a flat, plain background — no frosted glass effect and no metallic or gold elements at all. It was not the product I ordered or paid for.Customer service repeatedly dismissed this as an “expectations” issue and tried to resolve it with partial refunds (10%, then 15%, then 25%) instead of acknowledging that the wrong style was delivered. A so-called full refund was finally offered only if I paid nearly the full purchase price to ship the item back to China, which is completely unreasonable.The company claims they guarantee customer satisfaction, but in my experience this is not true. My concerns were never properly addressed, and responsibility was pushed back onto me despite clear discrepancies between what was advertised and what was provided.This was meant to be a memorial for my dog who passed away, which makes the lack of care and accountability even more upsetting.I strongly recommend staying away from this company if you expect to receive what is advertised or to be treated fairly when there is a problem.

Purchased 3 items…

Purchased 3 items… a Beanie, Hoodie, and Sweater. First I’ll start with the beanie. It’s tiny, this is meant for a toddler. I bought 3 items and all 3 have a photo of the same puppy, yet all the items look like a slightly different dog… different ear shapes, colour etc. Now I will move onto the Hoodie. It is slightly better out of the 3, but the colour of my girlfriends hair is completely off, and the image honestly just isn’t accurate at all, but I’d give it a 3/5 to be honest. Now we move onto the sweater. It’s awful, and that’s generous. It’s not level and it’s not CENTRED! How is that possible. I guess they were lazy. Nonetheless, I really really wanted to love this company. I thought I’d take a chance, as it was my first time. Highly do not recommend, PLEASE also read the other reviews, it’s not just me.

If I could give 0 stars I would have!! The absolute worst. Do not waste your money. I orders pictures of my dogs for my grandson’s bedroom. The pictures that I received were a nightmare!! Nothing like I ordered. I wanted canvas they were framed. I wanted blue shades and abstract pictures. I got a muddled mess!! They have no shame!! Total scam!! I only wish I could enclose pictures of the work sent!! Absolutely horrendous!!

Do not order, they don’t actually deliver and they won’t give you a refund

I ordered 2 of the same custom dog t shirt. My order said it was delivered and when I opened the package only 1 t shirt had arrived. I complained saying I only received 1 shirt. They responded saying the shirts were sent in different packages. I waited for the second package to arrive and it never did. Now petfiestas is asking for proof from my mail carrier that they didn’t deliver my second package. And if I can PROVE this I get a 75% refund. This is insane considering I straight up just didn’t receive what I ordered. I am entitled to a 100% refund and this should have never happened. Hate this company will never order again.

Fake company

First package wasn’t delivered, question if it was even dispatched. After 14 days of back and forth emails, I eventually agreed to pay for postage of the item again and once again no item has turned up.Fake company. Do not use.

Scammed out of $100

I ordered two tumblers in early December and have never received them. I have multiple emails correspondents back and forth with the company. I have asked them for a refund multiple times and they refuse. I have filed a complaint with my purchasing agent to get a refund. The company is not trust worthy and I would advise you not to waste your time looking at their merchandise

Wrong name printed

I am not impressed with the customer service experiencs. I ordered 3 T-shirts with photos of our dog, Dolly, for my 3 kids. 2 of the shirts were printed with the correct name and 1 has the name Clara printed. I emailed immediately and explained the issue and over a week later there is still no resolution. They have offered to send me a new t-shirt but I would need to pay $10 for shipping. The t-shirts are just ok, the quality and design does not look like the photos in their site. I would avoid.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a complete scam. I ordered a custom embroidered golf towel and they sent me a towel with some random dog on it that looks nothing like the photo I uploaded. When I requested a refund, they offered me 10%. Criminal! Clearly they aren't doing custom embroidery. Please save your money. They will disappoint you and you will not be able to get your money back. The item arrived an entire month later than predicted and was just so awful. I wish I could give 0 stars.

They lie

They lie. I absolutely made sure our item would arrive by Christmas as my daughter was moving 5 days later. I messaged right after placing order to ensure the date would be good they said yes. I messaged week of Christmas when I hadn’t received tracking and got an auto response that’s it’s ok the way and they would not provide tracking. Christmas when it didn’t arrive I contacted again and received exact same copy/paste message about my order being on the way with zero tracking. I disputed on PayPal and immediately received tracking. Package did not arrive on 1/6 and my daughter has moved with no way to retrieve it. I’m so angry because it was “received” PayPal will not refund me. This is not a reliable company you can count on to truthfully let you know when a product can arrive. I ordered weeks in advance when they say all over 2-3 days! No, it comes from China and it’ll be much longer and they do not care about their own promised shipping dates. Do not order from them! Had I read other reviews first I probably wouldn’t have either since everywhere says quality is so bad. I’m sad. What was suppose to be a precious gift for my daughter never materialized and I’m out $60! Stupid.
