Merlin & Jack did an outstanding job installing our hardwood floor. Easy to work with, very professional & excellent attention to detail all while keeping the work area very clean.
Our salesperson, Matt, was helpful, knowledgeable and patient, and got us a great price on our flooring. Plus he was spot on, keeping us informed about our products arrival and our install date. When that day arrived, our installers, Brian and Josh were efficient, courteous, clean and professional, and did a beautiful job, leaving the job clean and vacuumed. I'm a retired contractor; I know good work when I see it and I can't recommend Pinnell's and their crew any higher!

Great service! Answered all our questions and were even willing to do work not really in scope of flooring. Though, this turned out to be not necessary.
Great job, finished sooner than expected. Merlin and Butch did a terrific job, kept us up to date on the progress. Our sales representative, Jeff, was very helpful as well. If I had another flooring job I’d use Pinnell’s.
Sheldon and Jesse did a very professional job installing my new carpet - cleaned up meticulously after the job - and the carpets look great. Also shout out to salesman Joe for being helpful and presenting us with the right options - and following up after the job. I get the impression that these guys just want you to be a happy customer and will do whatever it takes to make that happen. Highly recommend - will definitely use again.... their prices were pretty good too :)

Back in October 2017 we talked with Sales Rep. Matt and picked out flooring for our dining room. He came to the house within a couple of days, measured and explained what Pinnell's would take care of. Later that day we had a 13 page proposal on the computer. Couldn't have been more explicit. When we decided to go with his proposal he had us lined up for installation as soon as possible.Installation day Pablo the installer came bright and early and prepared to do the job. He worked alone tearing out the old, smelly carpet and pad got the subfloor cleaned up and almost had the whole room done in a day. He was back the next day to finish up and the floor looks beautiful. We had one problem with the color of the quarter round under the cabinets, it was too light. So a few days later he came back with some that matched the flooring and cabinet better. Matt the Sales Rep and Pablo the Installer couldn't have been nicer and we're happy with the job.
Sharon at Pinnell’s Sonora was very helpful and answered our questions on flooring and carpeting. Armstrong product installed and today installing planking in our new home. Sales and installers are quality staff

Just had flooring installed by Pinnell's. Jeff Flake was very helpful to us in picking out the flooring/carpeting, and followed up with a phone call to make sure the installation went well. Jonathan did a great job with the flooring installation - he is a skilled craftsman and took great care to make sure the job was done correctly. I would recommend Pinnell's, Jeff and Jonathan without hesitation. Very professional both in sales and installation!
We are thrilled with the quality of the carpet installed in the family room and breakfast nook, plus the vinyl for the kitchen and laundry room. The colors are true to the samples and the installation was expertly done. We would recommend this company's products and installation to anyone.
Saleswoman expressed little interest in us, never followed up; and we got a much better price and nicer salespeople nearby

Our entry is an odd shape but the installer made the cuts and fit the pattern for an attractive appearance. Great product and install.
I find it funny that I was requested to post a review because of my "recent purchase at Pinnell's" when I have never purchased anything there. Because they couldn't be bothered.We went in to look for flooring for our entire first floor. They were not very helpful in suggesting alternatives, but we took home a few samples to look at. When we returned them, they told us to "leave them by the front door" and didn't even ask us whether we found something we liked.They also never followed up. Obviously, we went elsewhere.
After paying for the service on October 19, 2016, finally today February 8, 2017 the fellow came out and fixed my shutters except for one. He said he will check the Hunter Douglas website to see how to fix my patio shutter & will get back to me. I am in hopes it won't be another 4 months before I hear something.
We have used this company three times in the last four years & have been completely satisfied.
This is not my first time dealing with Pinnell's and that is why I chose them. Good advice, good service, and good value. Their workmen are prompt, careful, skilled, and work together for the best outcome. For my job they had to move large pieces of furniture and even helped me move a grand piano, not part of the job. These guys are pros. If you want good customer service this is worth paying a little more than an outlet store. They handle everything for you. All you need to do is pick the floor you want!
