Absolutely unacceptable experience. This company cancelled our tickets to Wicked just 1.5 hours before showtime and offered nothing but a vague “you’ll get a refund in 5–7 business days.” No replacement tickets. No attempt to help. No accountability.By the time they decided to pull the plug, we had already traveled and paid for a hotel specifically for this event. This wasn’t a casual inconvenience — it was a planned trip that cost us real money, time, and excitement. Their response showed zero concern for the fact that people plan their lives around these purchases.Mistakes happen. What doesn’t have to happen is leaving customers stranded at the last minute with no solution. A refund days later does not fix a ruined night, wasted travel, or hotel costs. It’s the bare minimum, and even that comes with a waiting period.If you’re considering buying tickets through this company, be warned: your plans mean nothing to them. They can cancel at the last second and walk away while you’re left holding the bag. We will never use this service again and will strongly encourage others to avoid it unless they’re willing to risk the same treatment.
