I had an emergency repair on the way to Ottawa from the east coast. The Lévis team (especially Keven) were fantastic. They fit me in and got me going before noon (including the time to get a part from Ford). The price was crazy good and I even got the CAA discount. This team is the best!!

Their pricing is extremely competitive with the other franchises throughout the county. The appointment process was scheduled and they kept their time. When I arrived, I was told it would take about an hour for the tires to be replaced and it only took about 45 minutes! Very happy with the honesty and service. I have noticed that I am not getting as good of a gas mileage, but I feel that's because of the specialty tire. Either way. Very satisfied.
