This was an uber delivery from my daughter to me ( she's london) im live manchester.Seems to been a problem with delivery, even telephoned on route. The delivery was 6 pieces of chicken, 3 very large thighs and 3 legs. One portion of fries. The fries were cold,however worse the chicken skin very crunchier, but when cut not properly cooked inside. Tried all order to check, all same. My daughter was not available to deal with. I tried uber online etc could not find a means to complain. Popeyes, found a form however without photos etc complaint couldn't go through. Really unhappy with result. Not looking for freebie but they needed to know raw chicken very dangerous.

We were the only customers inside. Order took 25 minutes. Excuse was fish sandwich which never takes 25 minutes unless they forgot to put it on. Then the cashier was mean and rude and told us to make the food ourselves. The other cashier looked apologetic and whispered sorry for the rudeness! We will just go to KFC from now on!

Tried the new Bromborough store in the UK, what an absolute joke. waited 25 mins for food, it was disgusting, items missing from the order. It's a new store, badly run, lying to customers telling them the food is ready on screen and then having to wait another 20 mins. Cheating the system to hit their targets. I complained on the chat system and they couldn't be less interested. No manager to speak to, no pride in their company. I wont go there again. £30 overpriced garbage.

Absolutely disgusted with the poor quality of food delivered by popeyes, spicy chicken burger, it was like chewing a school rubber, massive chunks yes chunks of gristle and ligament just dominating the burger, portion of loaded fries that wouldn’t feed an infant, and BBQ wings where there’s more sauce than wings, not to mention the sauce was like concentrate it was bitterly overpowering, money wasted on poor quality, low quantity, so called food.

Greasy filler burger that didn't taste anything like as decent as it ought to. No salad & a dribble of mayonnaise. Got a diet coke with this, the tight fisted sods don't even give you a straw. Burgers at popeyes can be up to £8. Daylight robbery!!!!!Will never be setting foot in 1 of their restaurants again period.

Cambridge.This was a treat for our grandson.But this is the worst fast food place I’ve ever been in. We normally go to McDonalds.But thought we would try this for a change.We had a nightmare trying to order from the tap in board.The tables were dirty and only one person cleaning.We had table service & I asked if they could clean the table they said yes but they didn’t.Part of the order wasn’t there and no napkins came with it. when my husband went to the counter he saw the rest of our order sitting there.He said where they were preparing food there was a lot chips on the floor.The food was ok but I have had better I would not recommend it to my friends.Also when I went to the toilets they were dreadful And no paper and no soap.Think I will stick with McDonalds from now on .

Let me start with we love the flavor of Popeyes chicken, sides and apple pies. BUT !!! Food pickup sucks.I ordered on the app at 7 for a 7:30 pickup. The drive thru was not crowded, and was told to park... at 8:00 still no order. So I went inside and asked for a manager. They could not find my order, did not have enough chicken, had ran out of Mac n cheese, and had to cook apple pies. At 8:20 I finally left with my order. I was told I had to get a refund on my credit card thru some website.I GUESS NO ONE CARES SO WE WILL SEE HOW OFTEN OR IF I EVER COME BACK!!! FIX THIS !!!Similar has happened at the N. Maize, S. Seneca, and this at the W. Central locations in Wichita, Ks.

Coventry store is disgustingly dirty…
Coventry store is disgustingly dirty and messy. Ordered a box meal and a coke, the floor was full of rubbish, no lids for the cups, and got home to discover the chicken was spicy, not what I ordered. Could not believe the rubbish on the floor and staff standing around chatting. Honestly don’t think the Coventry store will be open for too long.

Worse Customer Service at any Popeyes I’ve Been To
Popeyes #12300 at 953 Northwest Plaza Drive in Bridgeton , MO has the worst customer service ever. I went in today and paid 53.62$ for a family meal of tender and 3 sides. The cashier said it would be 5-10 minutes because tenders had to be cooked. Okay….fine. After 15 mins passed I moved to a different seat so I could see and be seen because she hadn’t called me for my food. As I’m waiting several customers come in get their food and on their way. I know at least customer also got spicy chicken tenders and was served. When I looked back at the time, another 9 minutes had passed. I see a box of tenders sitting there open and she’s toward the back of the store. When she came up, I told her if my food isn’t ready I’ll take a refund because I needed to go. I need to be at work just like she’s at work. Anyway, she says to me “I told you food had to be cooked for you” and mumbled profanities as she turned her back and proceeded to throw my fries, biscuits and Mac and cheese in the bag. I asked her what she said and I guess that pissed her off more because she then proceeded to throw the condiments in the bag. Then slammed the bag on the counter. I took my bag and left although there were 2 sides instead of the 3 that I paid for. The Mac and cheese looked like it was scraped from an old pan. I wish I’d paid attention to that before I left. This is the third time I’ve had issues at this place and it’s the second issue with this particular employee. Her attitude is horrible and I’m an easy going person. For her to upset me, that says a lot about her personality. She definitely does not need to work the front. She needs to be cooking or outside keeping the grounds clean. Popeyes please do better with the people you all hire. If definitely wouldn’t hurt for the staff to do seminars periodically in order to stay abreast on how to treat customers and how not to let your personal issues interfere with your work life. This particular store needs to have classes monthly and quarterly after everyone is at the level they need to be or they have quit because they are not wiling to do better.
