Driver was rude, unhelpful, almost left without passenger even though pick up time was allocated by the company. Didn’t help with luggage, didn’t let customers dog to have a little walk before the 2.5hr trip. But it was fine for the driver to stop and refuel. Would not reccomend. And they tried to charge me extra money for waiting at the pick up port.
We booked with this company because they were pet-friendly. Followed their conditions - cages measurements and so on - to the details, yet their driver was extremely rude because of the pets (he said it was the first time he accepted pets). At the end of our journey he started complaining that there was cat hair on the seat, which made no sense because we paid extra for bringing pets with us - and it was not cheap.Also disorganized - he had three baby's chairs in the car which took lot of space. When asked about it, he said he wasn't told we would also be carrying luggage with us in addition to the pets (!).Not recommended at all.
