This company is full of crooks - AVOID at all costs! On the day of travel they contacted us that the bus was no available due to an accident. Given the other negative reviews stating their coaches never showed up, I find it fishy and possibly a lie. Either way, they would not refund us and we found a different bus, having to pay a premium due to it being the day of travel. Absolutely atrocious service and now they are ignoring all attempts to contact them. We are going through our bank to obtain a refund because they are refusing to own their mistake and give a refund.

I would give zero if possible! Not a real company, I don't believe they even own a bus, I think they outsource to others. Same experience as other people here, could not provide the 1 bus promised, said they would send 2 small ones and we'd to pay for 2 drivers food and accommodation and give them cash when they arrived. And of course they stopped answering calls and emails. I've been chasing them for a partial refund ever since.

I went on tour with my university…
I went on tour with my university volleyball club and the tour leader arranged a bus from this company for around 70 of us to take us from the hotel to faro (45mins drive) on the day we left. The coach was due for 8am and after almost an hour of waiting we had to book an Uber to Faro airport because our bus never arrived. When our tour leader tried to obtain a refund for a service we never got, the company ignored his messages and calls consistently and to this day we still haven’t gotten anything back. Don’t trust this company with your money, look at reviews and be smarter than we were👍

A scam! They took the money and the coaches never showed up. Now they are avoiding us by not answering the phone or replying to any of our emails.

Had a great 2 week golf tour through…
Had a great 2 week golf tour through Portugal and Spain. Ana our senior consultant was great in coordinating the trip and resolving issues. We had a couple of small hiccups but they were quickly resolved with no detriment to our tour.

unreliable company
First of all the company promised a large bus with capacity of 67 passengers. Then the bus was cancelled but days after we got an Whatsapp message that we still can get the bus. We asked pictures of the bus but they only send us pictures of a trash can, toilet and one seat in the bus. Bus company told us a few days before trip that bus was in accident. They said they could not give a new bus and it was not sure if we can get our money back. After all they managed to get two smaller buses to replace the larger original one. One of the replacement busses broke down during the trip and since then the customer helpline hasn't been answering the phone for 2 days neither answering the emails or Whatsapp messages. Very unreliable.

Great experience for our wedding!We had a great experience with Portugal bus rentals for our wedding day shuttle! They were on time for each pickup & drop off, and our driver was so kind and patient. They were very patient and easy to work with throughout booking and making many changes throughout our hectic planning process. Would definitely recommend - we were able to fit a lot of people on the bus for a great price!

worst experience with Portugal Bus Rentals
Do not order the bus from this company!!! They can't solve the problems, we drove with broken bus 4 days and we didn't arrive in time for business meetings. The bus drove ca 40 km per hour on the speedway. They did not change the bus and finally, they ignored the problem. The driver was unpolite and incapable of cooperation. All this has been a bad dream and an exceptionally unpleasant experience.
