Poor service
Purchased an expensive finishing dryer, it was faulty after 3 weeks. When I phoned up I was sent a pdf on how to open the dryer myself and repair it myself. 4 months later ot stopped working and they wouldn't repair it. Only suggesting I sent it to a separate company for evaluation and if they found a fault, they would send a part to that third company. No other grooming supply company behaves in such a non caring way. Would never buy anything off them again

Good Service
A lady from PGS phoned me yesterday to check the delivery of my order. I had in error clicked for a Saturday delivery. I thought I had clicked the standard delivery as was in no particular hurry for the order. After checking with me she put the order to standard and refunded the difference back into my bank. This is called good service Thank You 🙂

Awful people
The couple that run the business swear at van and lorry drivers who are delivering parcels to the places either side of them just for blocking there loading bay for less than a minute and 95% of the time the loading bay won't even be in use, even so they never ask in a polite manner, they are the rudest people I have ever met they said to one van driver "you're just a van driver I'm a millionaire" this was after he already called him a slob and a wan**er. Would avoid this place because of the people.
