Called up in the morning asking about a car, I specifically asked if there was any dents, scratches, cracks or anything wrong with the car in general as the garage was a 50 minute drive away. I was assured by someone that it was like “brand new”. I got in the car then after a minute of driving an engine light came on, I thought nothing of it and thought maybe they can just switch it off. I got out the car and looked around and there was a massive crack in the back of the car. They told me they would get a body shop to fix it up but at that point I didn’t trust the company as they lied to me once on the phone.

Excellent service from test driving many cars, no push to sell and a stress free sale. Have to say I will be going back to Rainford Cars for any future purchases. Few paintwork patching up needed on pick up, but they let me back a few days later to fix it and couldnt be happier. Great company, great people and great cars.

What can I say! Rich, Jay and Jamie what a team! From the moment you arrive they make you feel very special.! can honestly say I have never met such genuine people who are car sales people (Yes! which is something not everyone can say).They went above and beyond what I would have thought possible, ensuring we were both happy with everything.They explained what the process was, left us to try our new car, for however long we wanted and more importantly left us alone, which again isn't something you get from most car sales companies. I felt like part of their family! They are so relaxed, so helpful and nothing is too much. I have already recommended them to a lot of people, so we will definitely be going back in the future should we ever need another car. Thank you Rich, Jay, Jamie you are a true credit to the company.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Fantastic customer service.After having trouble with another dealership I made a phone call to rainford cars and was welcomed in the same day. We made a good deal on a car and the turn around was second to none. After being let down by another dealer it was a breathe of fresh air dealing with Rainford cars.They even gave me a car to use while finances with previous dealer were sorted out! Thank you to the team at Rainford cars! Second car I have purchased off them and don’t think I will ever buy from anyone else!

We originally went to see Rich at Rainford Cars for a vehicle we’d spotted online, but when we arrived another car caught our eye. Rich was incredibly attentive and really listened to what we were looking for. He even suggested a different option than the one we first test drove, and was more than happy to let us try it out. There was never any pressure to buy, which made the experience relaxed and enjoyable.We ended up choosing a Range Rover Sport, which drove beautifully—deal done! There were a couple of minor cosmetic issues, but Rich immediately agreed to sort them. A couple of weeks later, we noticed a slight noise from the engine. Again, no problem—Rich got the car booked in straightaway, the issue was fixed under warranty, and within two days we had it back running like a dream.The whole process has been faultless. We’re so impressed we’ll be returning soon to purchase both a van and another car for our business. Rich has also kindly offered to keep an eye out for a little run-around for our daughter.Highly recommend this dealership—the service has been second to none!
