I tried the 24 count reserve burgers…
I tried the 24 count reserve burgers and was deeply dissatisfied and disappointed. I will not buy these again. They are small tasteless patties of meat. I had high hopes as they are very expensive. I was severely disappointed. Never again.

Rubber chicken
I prepared 2 of Rastelli's boneless chicken breasts yesterday and both were like gnawing on rubber. zi could barely cut it with a steak knife.

Long story short I ordered a roast beef…
Long story short I ordered a roast beef for thanksgiving for about $140 through QVC. The product was equal to something I could get in a supermarket for much less. I sent and email to Rastellis which was ignored. Then I sent a second email with my complaint and got an email back asking for the order number which I did not have but since they delivered my order I figured I didn’t need it. They say they want you to be satisfied but offered only to make note of my dissatisfaction. They will also make sure my next order was satisfactory. Why would I order again?

Bad beef top sirloin steaks filet by Rastellis
On the day of delivery, I cooked one piece and after tasting the Rastelli's one of four of the beef top sirloin steaks filet-style, I immediately sent them an email to stating: "Saturday, January 25, 2025, I am sick with severe diarrhea from eating the one beef cut from yesterday's delivery. I would like a response from you as the rest of the world should know you are selling and distributing contaminated beef making people sick. Maybe the cow was sick and passed it on to me or maybe when it was handled, it was contaminated or maybe it was left out too many days before it was frozen...I don't know." The help desk response was: "While not necessarily your case however, Top Sirloins can and at times do have a "Livery" Note or taste to them. This itself is not uncommon. Unfortunately, we do not have a facility at all in Texas. We will gladly send you a new set of steaks from a different Lot# thus assuring you that you do NOT receive the same beef as here. Although you do not seem very comfortable based on your letters. We are inspected and regulated every day by the United States Department of Agriculture, and they survey all our beef products with multiple inspectors on-site. Deer or other animal species are never permitted in our facilities nor would or do we accept such species in any manner. We are held to the highest standards by the USDA as well as over a half-dozen independent certifying bodies globally." I gave them the shipping label, the front and back of the package that the Rastelli's beef top sirloin steaks filet came in. (as of January 28, 2025, they will not make their product for me any good).

I ordered the rotisserie chicken wings…
I ordered the rotisserie chicken wings off QVC. I tried one pack, a gelanus fluid came out. I cooked them in an air fryer, the texture and taste was not good, I tried only two and had a stomach ache for three days, I threw the rest away

Absolutely disgusted
Purchased a very expensive primal cut of grass fed beef, it arrived fully frozen and stayed in my deep freezer until we thawed it (within their stated/recommended timeframe). The meat reeked of sulphur and was clearly spoiled, which meant it was packaged spoiled. The response from customer service was effectively “too bad, sorry but not sorry.” Completely ridiculous. Stay away from this garbage. They hold themselves out to be a boutique shop. In reality they’re a mill pumping out massive volumes of meat.

Ordering Rastelli's meats?
We have been ordering Rastelli's meat (and their sea food) for a number of years. Most recently we ordered the steak burgers. They arrived warm, thawed, spoiled. Contacted QVC (we ordered thru QVC), and we're told they were still available and would reship the following week; still in time for Memorial Day. Of course they didn't arrive, so we have just completed the second week with no burgers. I contacted Cust Service and was told Rostelli's had acknowledged the reorder. I was told it would take 2-4 days to get a response back regarding why we didn't get our order. We have also had repeated issues with food not being frozen or even cool when it arrives. I would certainly think that delivering spoiled food would be enough of an issue for a company with such high standards, nothing changed. We are still waiting on that order.Night after night we see Ray Rastelli selling his meats with promised delivery dates that they already can't keep. It is extremely frustrating.I have, more than once, made the suggestion that more dry ice be added, especially when shipping to Texas via UPS 2nd Day... which apparently isn't happening. I would advise any potential customers to decide whether it is worth the inconvenience you may have to go through to receive an order frozen and on time, as committed to when they take your money. This is not a QVC issue as much as it is a vendor shipping issue. Allowing UPS to screw around with delivery dates doesn't help, but they still ship only UPS 2-Day.The only reason we keep trying is that by chance the food does arrive editable, we do enjoy it. (Even that is running out of patience. )

Broached package
Broached package: UpdateBetween Costco and Rastelli's, there will be no roast for Christmas dinner. Rastelli's says it has to go through Costco, Costco says the order wasn't processed in time by Rastelli's to be delivered for Christmas dinner at this point. Both companies have let me, the customer down. Ordered the 7 Pound prime roast for our Christmas dinner. While it arrived on time and apparently externally undamaged, the internal packaging was not up to the trip. The packaging around the roast had been broached in three (3) places and juice had leaked out and then refrozen into little red beads. The question now is if we can get another one delivered in time for Christmas. We have had great meat from them before, especially the racks of lamb, but this was a complete failure. I'll update this after I hear back from them.
