It took 3 months to receive some screws. Just over 3 months to the day did I finally receive them. I ordered other screws elsewhere. PayPayl was zero help as well. They gave this shameful company a month to provide shipping proof. Then the company waited until 3 weeks later to actually ship the screws I didn't need at that point. When I paid for them and in November, they sent me a tracking number that never changed and is still the same when I check it even now. It's Now February and I got them 2 days ago. Do not buy from here and just order from Amazon. I wish I could get a refund but this BS company won't honor their fake statements on their site.

Multiple purchases from this site (I crash A LOT). Yes, it does take some time to get my orders. However, every part I have purchased has been delivered and has been original quality and a GREAT PRICE!I will continue to crash my drone, and continue to use this service.

Why all of this Scam comments, it takes time with shipping, they Are slow on updating shipping info, and on your order page, i took about 45 days to Norway where i am located, but package came.I will use them again!

I paid for $126USD for parts on 20th July 2021.Received an email acknowledging the purchase - after that - crickets!Sent multiple emails to them - all went unanswered.The only ‘Silver Lining’ is that I paid via PayPal.On the PayPal site they offered 2 more email addresses- sent mail to both of them - still silence!Commenced refund process through PayPal today (Aug 28th) Hopefully the dirtbags will get their comeuppance this way. DON’T TOUCH THEM WITH A 10’ POLE!Update 03 September 2021:PayPal made a determination that Shengqiang Zhou had not acted honestly and made a refund in my favour!You can trust PayPal but not SHENGQUIANG ZHOU

This company is a total SCAM
This company is a total SCAM. Ordered batteries. They send you a tracking number but that is just to give you the impression that they have actually sent the item, but in fact they have not. Trying to get a refund they keep putting you off by saying "wait one more week". Then they ask you to wait longer in the hope that you give up. I for one will not be giving up. I will continue bombarding them with some not so pleasant emails. STAY AWAY FROM ANOTHER CHINESE SCAMMER. YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM.

This is a legitimate site.
I was a bit worried when I didn't receive an acknowledgement of my order or a tracking number so emailed their customer support and received an email that just had a tracking number and some Chinese characters. I suspect they may have difficulty with English. Anyway the tracking number worked (after a day or two) and the item, a remote control, arrived within two weeks and works perfectly. All good!

This is NOT a scamming site, I read all these reviews and just assumed I got scammed and took it as a loss because no I didn't have a tracking number after the website told me my order was shipped. I got upset after seeing every review claiming it as a scam, but 2 weeks later my package arrived and so did I smile on my face. Happy to know this website is 100% legit!

WORST online buying experience EVER !!!!!
If I could give this site a negative I would, While it seems this site has everything you need it does no good if they just take your money and give you zero replies to your emails...the site says the items will ship within one day of your payment clearing, I waited a month and it still said "processing" when I knew very well the payment cleared my bank within 2 days, I used the onsite message system asking about when my order was going to be shipped and when I would receive tracking information, Then I sent regular emails to the site and received no replies from either one, told them I was going to dispute the charges with my bank, still no reply, after a month of no replies i opened a dispute and got a refund and never got any sort of reply from the company about anything, I will never buy from this company again and i would not advise anyone else to either. This site needs to have at least some sort of customer service to answer our questions, I have never had a legit site just completely ignore my emails

No Tracking, no items delivered, doesn't answer emails or telephone. I have sent 4 emails and tried to call at least 5 times No one is there....Will have to claim money back from PayPal.

I'm not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from.It took a while to arrive, but my replacement car arrived, in better packaging than the first one I bought from Banggood. I ordered a replacement RC car from this site in early December after the one I'd had for less than a month got run over by a real car. I was confident in my purchase, until I read these reviews. I immediately flew into a panic, and opened a claim against them through PayPal because of all of the bad reviews.The retailer contacted me, asking why I had opened it. I explained, they then provided tracking and told me to wait a few days. When PayPal told me to either follow through ans make the claim or lose my chance for a receipt. I took the chance that the retailer was being honest and gave up my chance for a refund. I was so wrong to even think about opening that claim and I feel terrible for even having done it.This retailer is honest. They sold me a brand new car, in perfect condition for a good price, at a shipping cost of a only a few dollars Canadian.These bad reviews are not fair. This retailer is honest, they just take a while to ship to you.10/10, five stars, round of applause.I will certainly use them again!

I bought gimbal on rc-helicopter-spare-parts-online, there on their clumsy site I found information about my order. There is not a word about the track code. I waited a decent amount of time and asked them about this topic through their form on the site. They were silent. I waited a week and asked the same thing, but added "Should I open a dispute in Paypal ?! Or you will take my money back?" The next day they answered the mailbox - tracking number: LX202071711CN. Briefly and clearly. But this track does not break through! I don't know what we were counting on. Asked on the site for their bad behavior, again threatened Paypal. I will wait

I ordered some drone replacement parts, after nearly one month the order is still in "processing". I sent several emails and never got an answer. I don't expect anymore my order to ship. Bad service, bad communication. I will have to open a PayPal dispute. Very disappointed...

Order a Transmitter which arrived faulty after a long wait for it .The seller wanted proof it didnt work ,so i provided pics and video ,but the seller keeps on stalling asking for even more pics and videosThe seller is trying to get out of the issue .I wouldn't recommend this trader .They have No contact number No business address there scammers .
