Fake Genealogist names and photo's.
Can't comment whether this Company is actually legit or not however using fake Genealogist names and photo's is disgraceful and a complete misrepresentation.Using photo's taken from a dead person's obituary is ABOMINABLE.(The same image for Irish Genealogist McKayla from Cork was actually the same image as used in Judith Lethby's obituary from Canada, who died in 2021 God Rest Her Soul)SHAME ON YOU.

Listing Genealogists who don't work there.
Record Click have Genealogists listed on their website who do not work for the company. I am reaching out here to give Norby Bandan a chance to reply to my email request to remove my information from his website as I do not work for this company. Wonderful experience to help with Irish Citizenship
I purchased a package for my husband as a gift. He had been working on trying to track down his ancestry in Ireland but ran into many issues.When we began working with Megan, she was amazing. Found so much information for us, gave us excellent advice and documentation to use instead of a birth certificate or baptismal certificate for his Foreign Births application and ultimately his Irish Passport. From when we worked with Megan in June of 2022, we submitted for his Foreign Births application, received approval, then submitted for his Irish Citizenship/Passport and we just received that in June of 2024. This journey was definitely a test on patience....

This is a terrible company. They take your money and give you nothing in return that you can use. Don't trust them or get involved with them.

Every goal I requested was accomplished!
Every goal I requested from the start was accomplished by Oliva at Record Click. She was able to decipher my DNA results and find my paternal family and relatives as much as any record could be found!Without a doubt, I would use them again and when asked who I used, I recommend to all.

My Irish Grandmother was born in…
I believe my Grandmother was born in Ireland but can't be sure. As I don't have her birth name... I only know her by the name she took when she got married to my grandfather...RecordClick's researchers in Ireland did a fantastic job in helping solve this mystery. I believe they have 5 researchers in Ireland...Thank you Record Click

Record Click was a major disappointment…
Record Click was a major disappointment for me. After being assigned a second genealogist, and paying $850, I eventually received 8-10 documents on relatives from 2-3 generations back. I never received the narrative summary that I requested. When I contacted the genealogist, I was told that we were done! A huge disappointment. Over $100 per document for documents that were not that informative or helpful in my research. Not recommended.

I provided alot of research into my family tree and asked for 1 piece of information and they couldn't provide any help or details into getting the historical details on my grandmother.. For me it was a complete waste of money sadly. If you have put a lot of research and effort into your family tree I would suggest using another provider.

Find Brothers
Record Click was asked to connect two men as brothers. They found two men that were on the same ship and said they were brothers. On further research of my own they were, in fact, not brothers. Two different parents.

RecordClick did a fabulous job!
The owner and genealogists at RecordClick are truly caring and professional. My case had a really thick brick wall that, for years, I couldn't get through. With the little info that I had, received some great info that dispelled (what I assumed was somewhat true), had more cracks than a room full of working plumbers, lolMy genealogist, Quentin, was great. He kept in constant communication with me, and at the end, we were able to piece together the facts. We, at least, were able to get halfway through that wall as one half of my father's parents' story was unable to be opened. That said, I came to the end of the journey with more answers than questions, and I'm able to build a more reasonable facsimile of a family tree.Thank you, RecordClick. I got more than a "bang for my buck", which was very reasonable in comparison to what other genealogy companies charge.

Hired for a court/estate case
My family had an estate issue with an inheritance from a distant relative. We had to prove that we were related in court. I found Recordclick through online reviews. From my experience, I recommend them highly. They assigned a project manager and a genealogist to my case. They were very responsive, professional and hard working. I thought the price was reasonable, too, with no surprises.
