Like many others I wish I'd simply googled and seen their review scores before I tried to use this company's services.An absolute scam from start to finish, terrible chat bot customer service with no way to connect to a human agent.A big 50€ regret.Use DOTT for true PAYG and good service instead.
This company is a big scam; Rented a bike for a few days in Florence August 2025. But it turned out that they added me to an unsollicited subscription. No communication about this whatsoever. I only found out 5 months later they still charged me twice a month 5,49 euros. After complaining via the chat I was told by this AI chatbox, I could stop the subscription via the app. Of course this was not the case. You need to send them an email and in parallel: work with your bank to stop future payments; I could not find an email address on their website, but it is: support@......comSo: do not use the service of this scam company.
Wish I had read the reviews before I used their service. Complete rip off. Used the service in Barcelona, parked where it was allowed and uploaded the pics. 3-4 days later I get a notification that €10 has been deduced. It's a scam since if you are not at correct place of parking the app usually would not allow you to cancel the trip. The fact I was able to cancel the trip meant I was in the right place. To make matter worse it would not allow me to log in the app now.Reading other reviews I consider myself lucky that I only lost €10. It's crazy how the regulators are allowing such a company operate even with so many reports.

They keep charging me months after I've cancelled the subscription. No customer service.
They scam people. You park next to other scooters and they are saying its not the parking zone. Charged me 100€ for nothing.
Absolute scam. Used e-scooter for 20 mins, parked exactly where instructed, uploaded photo as instructed then 'fined' 20euros for allegedly not uploading a photo. Of course the app doesn't store photos so I have no way of proving I did. Avoid if you don't want ripping off.
I got charged for improper parking even though I left it in exactly the same spot as I rented it from. I have now started a charge back on my credit card.
The first time I got a fine at Tenerife. This was justified. Not clear how it worked. Second time I placed it at the place were I picked it up.and more steps are there. Also the spot on the map indicated there is a parking place. Again they fined me...... Horrible. Thieves.
I wish i read before taking to ride this piece of sh*t , charges 40€ for not permit place but thing is i parked where meant to it just charged straight away even was in right place ,TWISENot recommending, people please avoid this company!! Stay away. U will be ripped off
You meant to park in the correct area shown on the app. I’ve used them 3 times on the first time I parked in the correct area shown on the map and still got charged. The 2nd time it worked and on the 3rd I parked in the correct area shown and was still charged €20. So that’s €40 for doing what they asked me to do. There is no contact info so what’s the point. The chat bot won’t help. Absolutely horrible. If they correct this issue then I’d say is good value. But they fine you for no reason. It even said on my last trip it was the right location but still was fined.Edit: I have been reimbursed for the €40. If this happens to you email and you will get help even if it takes a few days.
Do not use! I have parked in a designated parking area every time (as shown on their map). Sometimes I have parked next to my boyfriend's scooter and he has not received a fine and I have. I have used a spot one day to park and it is fine. The next day I use the same spot and they have Fined me. They take the money immediately out your bank (I have had €80 taken) and then review the photos, apologised but then it says up to 14 days for money to go back. They have ruined the end of my holiday by taking my remaining money and left me stressed. Please do not use. It is untrustworthy.
Horrendous and unreliable company , getting a parking fine before I even upload the photo the fine is 20 euro which they try to take out straight away and then appealing the parking fine takes far too long so many minutes wasted on the ride pass as I can’t use it until the parking fine is sorted absolute disgrace and emailing them is a waste of time I would recommend using the other e-scooter companies far more reliable
AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!SCAM ALERT!!!!Set up an account and it took my money no problem, how confienient! However, when I tried to end my ride, the app mysteriously wouldn’t allow me to do so, what a coincidence! Hence I was paying for a scooter that I no longer wanted to use! I could not get through on the help line, support is none existent, I’ve had to cancel my card to stop them taking my money!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
On holidays I used it as one time purchase for 30 minutes, and paid 5.49 eur. Coming back to my country they tried to charge my card 5.49 eur after 1-2 weeks while I was at work. Fortunately I did not have 5.49 and they did not took it. Did the same to the friend who was with me. I send them an email and they did not give a reason why they have done it.
got charged 1 eur for adding credit card to payment options, then i got logged out and am not able to log back in. tried on three different phones.after a month i got charged another euro. had to block the merchant in the bank's app
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! they take huge amounts of money out of your account with no consent Or warning, I had €80 taken over 4 transactions within 5 ninutes(Update, they have tried to take a further 4 transactions since this but lve cancelled my cards, absolute robbing b**tards)
The app didnt work, we was overcharged, even though account is cancelled they still try to send charges. Beware of the costs before using! absolute rip off
I’ve been charged €5.49 twice (once in April and once in May) by Ridemovi, even though I have never signed up for their services or used their app. I have no account with them, and I never gave any payment authorization.This is completely unacceptable and feels like fraud. I tried contacting their support, but so far no proper response. I’ve had to report the charges to my bank and request a refund.If you’re seeing random charges from Ridemovi, check your bank statements carefully — they may be billing people without their knowledge or consent.I strongly advise against trusting this company.
