Best insurance company yet
I really enjoy using the LOOP app and their customer service is super friendly very attentive to all my needs. I would also recommend Loop to everyone I know.

GOOD but need improvement
I'm with loop from last four months everything works great but last month they had an issue with their website.I would suggest them to have good team on board i was unable to make payment for a week and then my agent told me now its working fine.

Left without coverage
It appears as though loop has quietly just quit. Their website won't load. The app won't allow you to log in. Social media accounts are full of customers begging for help with no response from staff. Emails are not responded to. I don't know if it's a technical issue but I'm unable to pay my bill. They did not have a phone number so it appears the company has gone under though I can find nothing online stating so.
