Right channel radio is horrible.I have emailed and called them so much since 5/19/2025 it's unbelievable.I got my CB with a cracked digital screen which already upset me But, mistakes happen and who knows it could of happen on delivery. That's not a problem but receiving my money and not responding/ replying after a mishap on numerous occasions is clearly unfair and one step above theft. I don't think if I received a replacement going on 10 months later I would prefer them to no one.All I'll say is I hope you all get what you paid for cause if not you are SCREWED

When I had questions and issues with shipping, they we're really responsive and made sure to keep in touch. The equipment is awesome and got here quick, if I have anymore CB purchases to make it'll definitely be with these guys.

Typically, I don’t provide feedback & revies but this time I felt compelled to do it.Fundamentally they have good quality products. Started out with my receiving helpful recommendations from Pat. So much so that I started buying some of their products. But lately it’s been like pulling teeth – almost no responses to my follow-up emails and phone calls on purchased products I was considering. I mean, I wasn’t trying to get freebees answers anymore. Very disappointing! That is why I will not be buying from them anymore and only 3 stars from me.

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, shipping was fast but the antenna mount for my 03 Silverado did not bolt right up. Had to remove material from bottom of mount in order for hole for bolt to go thru, and then dealing with getting nut started on bolt is a chore.I hope I can get my coax and antenna stud together while bracket is mounted, otherwise I’m in for a real treat taking it back out!In my own world, I would’ve removed more material off of bottom and made the section where coax and stud mount a little higher, just my two sense.
