I started using RO about 11 months or so. I lost about 30 of my 45 pound goal when I had a medical set back (broke both arms) and was unable to give myself shots. Anyway I stopped RO in August of 2025. But I'm pleased to report that I have lost my goal of 45 pounds plus an additional 11 on my own. I am so happy with the Help, Support, and Lessons I learned from RO. I highly recommend RO to anyone looking into their weight lost journey.
Did not receive delivery! Charged full price on day one, they showed package was delivered but I did not receive it. Ro sent me to Novo Nordisk who said they had no responsibility since I purchased through Ro. UPS does not accept claims on ground shipments, but they'd given it to USPS for final delivery anyway. I keep trying to file a claim on USPS but is keeps saying the function is "Not Available Try Again Later." CAUTION you have no recourse, they will take your money and if you don't receive the delivery you are out $194.00, and Ro will not help at all.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of support provided by Ro. I pay $145 per month for their so-called “service,” in addition to the cost of the medication, yet their customer support is nearly impossible to reach. 🚫When you finally do get a response, they provide a brief answer and immediately close the conversation, preventing any follow-up questions or clarification. This creates a one-sided interaction and makes it very clear they are not interested in actually supporting their paying customers. 💬❌For the amount they charge, this level of inaccessibility and poor communication is unacceptable. Healthcare services should prioritize patient access and support, not create barriers. This experience has been extremely frustrating and does not justify the monthly fee they are charging. ⚠️
I just joined for the GLP1 thinking I was going to get my Zepbound for less money. I currently am on Eli Lilly Zepbound direct program When signing up with Ro you are asked if your on GLP1 and the dose BUT WHAT THEY FAIL TO TELL YOU. is there program if you want Zepbound inj. You are getting the same pricing of what you currently have. So now you are paying to be with Ro my 45.00. A MD Gray writes to click to read message well ( that doesn't work) if you don't read message oops you are no longer eligible for medication. I went from getting meds direct from Pharmaceutical Co. No issues into this online mess of a company watch me try to get my membership fee back. Will let you know. Those on GLP1 already beware

I was led to believe if I signed up for one year my cost would be 1188. No where does it say you will be charged $145 extra each month and a 45 dollar non refundable fee for processing. The need to state right up front the entire cost. I felt like it was a bait and switch deal. Plus they do not add B vitamins to the GLP1
Got pills they were not brand name mixed by some pharmacy. Looked wierd said dissolve in mouth. Tried them, they were an VERY expensive waste of money!!!! Did absolutely nothing!!!

There was a great overall turnaround time. It only took 1 day for my healthcare provider to review my health record and prescribe my medication. My medication came in 2 days. It only took 3 days to get started start to finish. Granted I am in good health and have no major issues to consider along with no allergies, so It took them a day to provide me with the prescription.
QUICK! Cheaper than my insurance and more convenient than going to a weight loss clinic and waiting for an hour or so. I was able to do this online and within 30 minutes I had already communicated and chose my medication.

Bait-and-switch! This company violates consumer protection laws. They charge $45 to “join” the program (really, that is effectively a telehealth fee). That fee is disclosed up front. The “as low as $149 a month” price that they quote as bait, however, is pure fiction. Ro collects your health and insurance information before you hand over your credit card number. Among those questions is whether you are on a “government program” for insurance. That includes Medicare, which I am on. I answered that question (yes), as well as the one asking whether I wanted to use my insurance (no). I also designated the Wegovy pill as the only option I was interested in. I was informed that I was eligible, and I signed on. In minutes, a “telehealth provider” messages me with a prompt to go back to the Ro website. There I am given one option: a weekly injectable that is more than twice the cost of the advertised “as low as” price. When I messaged back that I had requested the pill form, I got some nonsensical excuse that they couldn’t do that because I am on Medicare. But Ro k Lee that before I joined the program. They knew that all I was interested in was the Wegovy pill. Yet they took my money. I am reporting company to the state department of consumer affairs. Bait and switch tactics are illegal.

What a scam. Ordered meds totaling $99 and never received any shipping confirmation so I contacted them. What? There is no order for you. SCAMMERSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.Take $99 from my checking account, tell me there is no order and no refund.Filed a dispute with my bank. I wouldn't order bird seed from these scammers.
