DISABLED COMBAT VETERAN HATES THIS PLACE
As a 100% disabled combat veteran from both Iraq and Afghanistan...I truly believe this company ripped me off... speakers vibrate... the mid-level is almost nonexistent... one of my 2 12 inch subs hums... speakers let out a static and buzzing...I used all their wiring and followed all their troubleshooting and no improvement... the receiverfan vibrates and this is my second one... the first receiverburnt out in 3 days...I also have been in the professional audio game since I was 15 with recording studios and live sound for bands... this is the worst audio equipment I have ever bought in my 54 years of life... don't be fooled by them saying made in the USA... all their audio equipment is made in Vietnam and China... they add handles and nobs so they can say it's American made... they are liars...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING LG!!!

I bought 2 ,15 inch woofer's and 2 ,12 inches woofer's 2 year's ago they still sound like there brand new great quality great speakers sounds clear got excellent base I recommend these speakers to all they are great. Driving them speakers is a sansui g9000 160 watts per channel × 4 a real vintage stereo

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. They debited my account for a $3500 order and then 2-3 days later refunded me with no notice. When I inquired, they told me that they couldn’t get verification from the bank (after it was successfully taken from my account.) My bank disputes their assertion and says that RA initiated the refund. Customer Service was no help at all when I tried to have the order reprocessed.

ROCKNGO 8 - A huge disappointment
I bought the Rockngo8 speaker in June and used it once or twice a week, for an hour or two at a time, off and on for the last five months. I usually pulled it to my events in a wagon because I discovered early on that pulling it along the sidewalk was difficult. The wheels aren't great. In the last 5 months, I've experienced the following: one of the side handles fell off and had to be glued back on. Then the other handle fell off, and had to be glued back on. One of the fixed legs came off next, and had to be glued back on. (Thank goodness for Gorila Glue). Then the other fixed leg came off and had to be glued on. This is just crazy, because the speaker wasn't used that often. The mic holder came off next, and couldn't be repaired. This were all the problems with the casing. The last straw is that the charge no longer holds, so even after charging for a full week, the speaker starts beeping loudly after about 50 minutes of play time, alerting me to a low battery. I have given up on this piece of crap speaker. Rockville Audio said that since it is still under warranty, I could ship it back for them to look at. I decided not to bother, because it's clear to me that the speaker is simply too cheap to last. I just spent a lot more money on a JBL speaker that will likely last a whole lot longer than the RocknGo 8.

I wouldn’t buy anything from this company I’ve had nothing but trouble with these tower speakers. There’s a buzz in them when they’re on they pop if you turn them too loud when they arrived one speaker had a hole in it and the other tower had a loose part banging around inside they don’t want to ship you a replacement and you ship the old one back they want you to go out and spend the money to buy boxes to return then they’ll ship you a new one so it’s your time wasted I spent $400 and I’m not happy don’t buy nothing from them their return policy isn’t buyer friendly

I have purchased 5 Wiim Minis from Rockville. First 4, and recently another 1. Yes, they don't ship same day, but they have the best price for this item. I had issues with UPS on this last order (the problems were mostly my doing, not the fault of UPS), and UPS would not change the destination. I emailed Rockville and their team contacted UPS and straightened all out! Would Amazon do as much? These people are solid.

My items were poorly packaged, they were loose in the box, almost as if somebody threw them in there. The items that I did receive only connected one speaker and one microphone. One microphone was damaged the wire harnesses did not match. The speakers were bent the paint was scraped off, and the cloth on the speakers were torn. The stands were scratched, bent and damaged. I have attempted to contact them via phone email and chat all to no avail.

I bought a pair of speakers off Amazon made by this company biggest mistake of my life junk run spend a bit more money and get something that is nit junk my speakers crack pop no hater what I use them with customer service is a joke you need to send them back then will replace them but will not help with getting a box to send back and they don’t care about you not having them to use they say by another set and we will refund when we them back first off I would never never spend one more dime on anything made by them just nut worth trust me over hipped junk is what they sale I wish I could give negative stars

I got 2 12s and 4000 watt amp from Rockville 2000 watt amp came with 12s but was not enough power I'm still thinking about upgrading to 8000 watt amp and Destroyer 12,s can't beat it for price sounds great Rockville is a good brand I must say everything came right to door in decent amount of time.

Adjustable Keyboard Stand Does Its Job
I got an adjustable keyboard stand for my keyboard to use beneath my bowfront desk, and not only does it fit perfectly, but it doesn't add much congestion. My one complaint is that the top of the stand doesn't have traction.

the sub was not soldered on speaker
the sub was not soldered on one speaker. it was loose, had to buy a solder kit to connect. im giving two stars cause all parts were delivered and the shipping was quick, other than that it is really disappointing that that was overlooked. so far customer service always answers, but we hope we dont have to return anything.

Rockville RPGBT 15" 1000 speakers…. TRASH!
The Rockville RPGBT 15" 1000 speakers arrived, and my disappointment was immediate. I specifically avoided models with FM radio hardware, yet Rockville sneakily installed cheap boards that have FM tuner while hiding that feature behind a panel that gives no indication it's there. At first glance, these speakers seem like a solid, professional setup, but on day one, they picked up music from a local radio station, completely unacceptable. As for sound and build quality, pure junk. I returned them, but Rockville expected me to cover the return shipping for what was clearly a defective product. Their customer service was abysmal, I was hung up on twice, and despite multiple promises that a manager would call me back, no one ever did. They participate in Amazon’s A to Z program, which covers refund gaps for qualified orders like mine, however, Rockville was supposed to cover the return cost, but they refused. This company is in part a scam, selling cheap, karaoke level junk disguised as professional speakers. Avoid them at all costs!
