Always im using rome2rio app for my traveling times.every year i m traveling sri lanka south beach for about 1 week relaxing.mostly im going colombo airport to mirissa/ weligama. Last time (2022,2023) I found best taxi service on your website(its colombo airporttaxi).that time your website have linked 3 websites .but when im travelling in 2024 and 2025 you have removed that one of best taxi operator. your website have only 01 taxi operator still now. I think it's visit lanka taxi or something. There price is very high serviceis bad.so I recommend it's better add that last operators again.becuse in that place have 2 /3 taxi operatos we can choose cheap offer after message them.But now have only 01 taxi operator from colombo airport. So we haven't another options.i think it's not very good.its not good give chance for only 01 taxi operator. It's not good for rome2rio customers .I already have complained about this and i have send email about this last year.because I got bad experience with visit lanka taxi your recommend taxi operator. But still your website have showing that only 01 website from colombo airport. So I keep here review today

Rome2Rio is my Amazing getting Around App
I travel 3 months each year exploring Europe, Central and South America, as well as the USA. Since I hop from city to city during my retirement travels I always need to know how do I get to my next destination. Rome2Rio is my solution for getting for one place to another. This amazing travel app gives you everything you need for options on how to get there: planes, trains, car, busses, and ride share. It even tells you: the distance, Travel time, cost for each mode of transportation and even where to change busses or trains. Last year I traveled from southern Italy to Northern Italy then hopped a plane to Spain and visited 9 cities from Northern Spain to Southern Spain. This app is indispensable. It is how I got around.

I was able to book a ticket very easily. One week later my plans changed and I was able to cancel my booking and recieve a refund. The best part is that it was not a complicated process.

On Sunday, I bought a ticket for a trip to Bratislava on Monday. However, my plans changed and I wanted to return the ticket. Unfortunately, when I called the number provided on the website, no one answered, and no one responded to my email. The website says to contact the transport company. Unfortunately, the carrier's website is exactly the same. Each company refers to the other and does not respond to emails or phone calls, so it turns out that I just lost my money.

Staff of the company are very helpful, I bought the ticket to Luton parkway station by mistake, I found the company running bus to Luton Airport, that's great, it cost less than the train to airport. It is highly recommend to people only have a backpack to travel. However, I search Google to get to the bus stop, it will takes me 15 mins round to the other side of the railway. I ask the company for advice, they said it takes less than 4 mins. Then I go through the Trustpilot review, people mentioned there is a path from the exit to the holiday inn hotel. I am so glad Trustpilot help me too. The Google map is not updated!

Seems to favour sponsored routes over best routes
The travel recommendations can seem completely bizarre. I was checking for options to find transfer methods from Paris Charles De Gaul airport to Paris Gare Du Nord railway station. It did show the cheapest option which is about £10 on local railways. But first listed a whole load of other options starting at about £150 !!! These were by train , taking several hours (quickest route is about 35mins) and sometimes going via other cities, even though the two places searched for are both in Paris!!!Seems to favour sponsored providers or those where the site can make money from the booking. This could be easily misinterpreted by travellers not familiar with the area.

Generally pretty good information.
I have been using this firm for information perposes only for the last two years or so. I have not made any purchase through them so cannot comment on that side of their business. Generally they are fairly accurate in what they say but some of their timetables for trains and buses are totally wrong, so to avoid missing a train or bus please look at the operators timetable as Rome2Rio one in not accurate. For example -- the bust times they list for Lanstrafiken in Sweden are wrong. They list wrong times and buses that do not even run at the time they say --so please double check always with the train and bus companies.

I no longer use it. I just go to the website of the bus/train I want to use. The prices and times are inaccurate.
