I joined this investment group thinking it was a solid opportunity based on friends’ recommendations. The app looked professional, returns were steady, and I even got some small test withdrawals at first (classic way to build trust). But when I tried to pull out the bigger amount, everything changed. “Compliance check required,” “additional security deposit needed,” “system upgrade in progress” the stories kept shifting. I realized I’d been played.After searching for solutions, I came across 𝗩͟𝗲͟𝗿͟𝗶͟ ͟𝗧͟𝗿͟𝗮͟𝗶͟𝗹͟ ͟𝗶͟𝗻͟𝘁͟𝗲͟𝗹͟. They handled my case professionally, followed the money trail across wallets and exchanges, and kept me updated the whole way. Thanks to their work, I was able to recover almost everything I had put in, plus a decent amount of the displayed profits. It was a stressful few months, but getting the funds back made it worth it. If your platform is suddenly impossible to withdraw from, stop hoping they’ll fix it themselves get expert help before it’s too late.

Topaz finance took over my BTL mortgage and have been an absolute nightmare. I wanted to pay off the mortgage but they couldn’t give me a figure when I phoned, or email me one, said I had to wait for it to arrive in the post (other companies gave me a figure by telephone, on the day and followed up via email). It took almost 2 weeks to arrive, this meant another 2 weeks interest I had to pay. I have asked for a statement several times but it has not been provided. They said I must provide proof of funds, which I have said I’m more than happy to via email, but they want me to photocopy the proof and send it by post to them. This is 2026! Avoid this company at all costs!

Worst company i have ever dealt with in 45 years as a Managing Director, requested redemption certificate in December, they said had been posted to myself and Solicitor, neither of us received them.When i sent them another message, as you're wasting your time talking to them on the phone, they responded with definitely been sent. We requested another one still waiting......Have contacted Ombudsman. Strongly suggest anyone dealing with this company give them one chance if you do not get a satisfactory response contact the Ombudsman immediately. Financial Companies like this should not be allowed to trade

I do not have a working phone im on uc benefit and pay 3 mortages each month ive tried and tried to contact them but can not do when i was with MAS5 options on text messages got contact with them.This company is a waste of time im now going to after wait for reopo claim in LOCAL COUNTY COURT to pay them ive move address and my disabled son lives in the house i owe the for ive not been out of my house since 23/03/2020 due to covid and i have mental heath issuse i carnt leave my home im suicidal at times please KEEP AWAY FROM ASPIRO MORTAGAGES I CARNT CHANGE MY COMPANY NOW DUE TO MISSED PAYMENTS NO EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THEM WHY?????

JASPER MORTGAGES AKA TOPAZ FINANCEshame I cant give less than one star. Absolute CROOKS avoid like the plague. they took over my BTL mortgage company called BM Solutions and as the term was in its last year, I was in touch with them to say there was a shortfall on valuation only around 4k but thats the climate where I live, property has crashed again badly.Dont worry they said, fill this form in, once your ready to sell we will arrange you to just carry on paying and it will end that way so you can still go ahead with the sale. They simply ignored me, my estate agent and solicitor from then on. I obviously had released my tennant months earlier to make a sale, meaning council tax/mortgage etc were now down to me which in itself was a strain. No replies whatsoever, I was told by professionals later, they werent surprised at all, as they are a wicked firm and should be struck off. I used my credit card at the last minute to avoid losing the sale but do your research if going with these, not only me saying stuff here. I could of played it their way and simply chucked the keys at them and let them hound me for the rest of my life for what would probabl;y have been a bigger shortfall due to auction prices but I was just glad to see the back of them.

Stole my money and property done deals in 2022 the nomey stolen from bank pay me back amd then ill clear devt which was suppose to be back dated to 2017 when my money got stolen from my bank . Never kept to one deal word off honour back stabbed me and took prooeryies back with false documents zero decrees which is illegal to take over in scotland amd 2 to 7 days to 14 days notices tennants got kicked out off there homes illegally . There thief's end conclusion and are criminals need to be jailed under fraud act.

I wouldn't give any star. This company is just horrible. A company that does not value the client at all. Nowadays all bureaucratic processes are slow. I was in the process of formalizing the sale of a house. Rosinca sent letters almost every week, threatening all sorts of reprisals, I had to inform them about the progress of the deal, they continued to threaten to take all the profit, then demanded immediate payment of the mortgage and each time for no reason. Dear customers, please be aware you will be in psychological and emotional danger, if you ever decide to use services of this company. Their behaviour might leave you with serious health issues.

One star because you have to. I think this is the company I'm with but they go by bloom home loans. The fact they have so many different names makes you wonder just who your dealing with, I've just paid my last payment to them. Guess what they write to tell me my rate is changing on the 1st of June, have written to me earlier in the week and advising if I paid after the 23rd there would be a difference of 6pence. Well after extorting so much interest for goodness knows how many years, I'm rid of you bunch of cowboys. I did try to send an email advising you don't contact me again, but conveniently on the bank holiday weekend your website was down for repair or something. Everyone who has to deal with these people have my sympathy, but the real culprits of course are the consecutive goverments, who gave all these companies the right to put interest rates to what they feel it should be. I wish these so called businesses get a taste of their own medicine at some point, however I do know that rarely happens.For now I have the peace of mind I'm free of them.

Firstly I don’t have a mortgage with this company but I still get the letters from previous owners of my house I have contacted this company loads of times yet the letters still come it’s been 9 years now and I know everything about previous owners mortgage details and this company don’t care they assured me I won’t receive any more letters and they still come they obviously don’t take peoples personal details serious utter rubbish company that don’t answer the phone either avoid

Rosinca Mortgages are a joke!
Rosinca Mortgages have non-existent customer service. It is almost impossible to get through to them on the phone and when you finally do you are put on hold and 9 times out of 10 the call is then dropped. I paid off a lump sum on one of their mortgages but never got any confirmation from them on the new balance. When I finally managed to speak with someone they claimed they had repaid the funds. But there is no record of those funds being returned on the account I used. At this I was told they would need to transfer the call - I was put on hold and, yes you gussed it, they then hung up on me. I then tried to find an email address to email my complaint to them - they do not provide an email - you have to phone (that's a joke), write to them or register online. I tried to register using the exact detail account number, name, address, etc - half way through the registration process it told me it did not recognise my details. I closed the site and tried again - same result. Then I cleared my cash of cookies and tried again with the same result. I have now written to them in desperation. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I only gave one star because it was not possible to give none. This company wrote to my tenants saying that they were having correspondence returned and were having trouble tracking me down. This is despite them sending us statements at our address. What type of company carries on like this?A definite matter for the ICO I would say.

I have had a buy to let mortgage with this company for several years and now wish to pay the mortgage off in full , and have requested a settlement figure . This figure is being witheld for no reason and trying to contact Rosinca is impossible . I will now at my own expense have to appoint a solicitor to request the settlement figure .All I can say is do not even consider a mortgage with this company .
