This has been a totally stressful experience. I booked a service, and when I heard nothing after 2 days, I called. I was told that my rep had a family emergency and the other rep would get back to me that night or the next day. A week after I placed my order, still no communication. I called and had the same message--tonight or tomorrow. Nothing. I contacted Road Runner instead and was confirmed in 5 minutes.
I reached out to them to move my truck. They (Robery Jerone) told me someone would arrive last weekend (1 week ago). I asked 10 times via email and calls with no response when no one showed up. I emailed and called several more times with no answer or reply so I indicated I was hiring Montway. Montway delivered flawlessly on their communications.Ironically a driver showed up today (a week late) who indicated he had been hired by Routerunners. Montway brokered driver also showed up at the same time.Horrific service, horrific communication.
Decided to use route runners service to transport from NC to CA, i get car sick and no way i was driving. Plus who would want to put all the miles on the car? Route Runners shipped my car in 6 days across the country which is pretty fast.

Would suggest, assuming anyone I know is moving I will forward Route Runners to them. My vehicle was from San Antonio to Boston and they came right to both get areas and stacked/emptied my Passage Horse. Would suggest Route Runners

I see most of the reviews for route runners are positive. That reflects my experience with them. Purchased a car that needed a lot of work. Didn't feel comfortable making a 8-hour journey" with a car I wasn't comfortable with, so I found RR. Communication was very good. Price was what I would call "fair". There were cheaper options, but also more expensive options. Route Runners was the right choice for sure.
