Look out for bait and switch
At checkout the price of the rug was different from sale price. I try to contact support, they tell me that rug is not in stock. Sham.

Extremely poor customer service & delivery promises not ever met!
After ordering and paying for several carpets, they took over 2 weeks to deliver one carpet, another week for the 2nd, and sent the 3rd over a month later (it was the wrong carpet)! The refund for the third took a month, although it may have been sooner, customer service does not ever call you to update you as promised, delivery time took over 2 months and calls were never followed up on. Finally, it was resolved with multiple calls by me over several months. Very frustrating, as I had to ALWAYS initiate calls to find out what was going on...very poor customer service and delivery time was always much later than promised, it is not my worth the time and effort, to have to constantly call them for an answer that is promised and not fulfilled.

Rugman was unable to ship one of the rugs that I ordered and paid for. After waiting a month for the rug to ship, I cancelled the order and purchased a rug from a local dealer. Three weeks later, I was informed by Jaklen that she had shipped the cancelled rug to my address and that it had been left on my stoop - in a busy city, and while I was away on vacation. Jaklen has been unwilling to refund my credit card despite her acknowledgment that this was her error. I've been getting the run-around from both Jaklen and the CEO, Razi, for over a month and am currently out over a thousand dollars for their error.

Great Experience
I purchased a Bakhtiar Persian Rug from rugman.com. It arrived in less than 2 days - looked far better than the image on their site. I'm extremely happy with the rug and their service and would definitely recommend Rugman.com to anyone looking for authentic Persian rugs.
