I purchased two full size 33.8 bottles…

I purchased two full size 33.8 bottles of shampoo at $19.99 each and one body wash at $9.99. I ordered it to be delivered to me due to my disability and I am unable to drive for several days now. I ordered a 2 hour delivery in the morning and it took until the end of the day to come at 5pm. What was delivered was two very small bottles of the same shampoo and no body wash. I called them and they said they would refund me the $58.84 total with tax and tip included. Have not seen a refund but they took out my money after I called. Called again and they say oh its still pending and dont know why. I am unable to get to the store anytime soon. I think the workers are not working and maybe decided hey I need this shampoo and body wash. Let give her a small one . Never again will I deal with this place again. Back to Ulta for me, it may be more pricey but I wont have to deal with all this headache.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!Purchased and returned a hair dryer and protection plan. Only got a refund for the dryer. Having a hard time getting a refund for the protection plan. DO NOT BUY!!!

Perfect service.

I visited the Sally Beauty warehouse in Kettering earlier today and had such a lovely experience. The service was amazing from start to finish.Tina and Georgia greeted me with a smile as soon as I came in and were so friendly and welcoming. They took the time to help me with my inquiry and were really knowledgeable and kind. They were genuinely lovely to talk to and made me feel comfortable and well looked after.Excellent customer service — thank you both!

STAY AWAY!

I asked a simple question about where a specific color brand was located, and the associate I approached (long brown hair; I didn’t catch her name) responded in a dismissive tone: “What you see, that’s what we have—if you don’t see it, we do not have it.” The store wasn’t busy, so there was no reason for the attitude....you think it's over...nope...at checkout, when I asked how long I should leave the color on, the same unpleasant associate said, “You know, you can Google those things.”

Paid for delivery and the driver claims…

Paid for delivery and the driver claims they knocked on my door but I was home the entire time about 4 metres from my door and no one ever knocked. Now I have to go and pick the order up instead - asked for a refund for the delivery fee and was told because the driver has a photo of my door that they attempted delivery and they can’t refund my delivery fee

Joke of a store and Credit Card

First off, I used to shop at Sally’s all the time until I recently bought a hair color that turned my hair red instead of the color that I bought, which was a dark brown. When I went to Sally’s and ask for a refund on the color, they wouldn’t even honor what they said they would. As for their credit card That’s a joke as well. They overcharge you with that even when you pay your card off and are not using it.. You can pay the bill off and they still charge you without you even using the card so don’t get the credit card and don’t shop at the store. It’s all a joke and them just trying to pocket free money! The products they sell may seem cheaper but they are not as good as what the others are charging us for!

Really knowledgeable and very friendly customer service. For the first time in 58 years I have a hairbrush that can cope with my hair! Staff are always happy to advise and make the shopping experience a positive one 😊

Glitchy website, watch your $, customer care is a joke

The website is very glitchy, prepare for your card to be charged but no order fulfillment. Call customer service and get ready for promises for compensation that are never fulfilled, they'll say you denied compensation. They will patronize you just short of calling customers a liar.

Fire district manager Vanessa Lara

The district manager Vanessa Lara is a horrible district manager that is rude and very disrespectful to her employee's. She's very unprofessional and seems to have a drug or alcohol problem. She over talks people and never let them speak. She's a bully in a management position and needs to be fired ASAP. Corporate needs to investigate her and get feedback from all manager's and employees under her. HR needs to fire her before they have a lawsuit filed against them.

Fantastic place

Fantastic place. Nowhere else I can get professional hair dye to do my own hair.Staff are great at the Coventry one. Never have a problem there.

I’m in shock I went to my local sally…

I’m in shock I went to my local sally beauty shop to purchase Color wow products just to be told that I can’t purchase it because I don’t have a trade account. So they are selling this product for 13£ it’s on the floor with the price on people who are coming in apparently can’t purchase it. It’s absolute joke at least girls at bPerfect was so much nicer. Definitely won’t be visiting that store but order from other stores that value their customers and don’t have some sort of maid up shopping rules!

AWFUL SERVICE

The products and services at sally continue to decline. The staff used to be knowledgable and increasingly it seems like they're participating in some rehab program. You guys know you're a beauty brand, right? All of their products are for sale on Amazon for less than you'd pay at Sally. Save yourself the "experience".Their tech is terrible. System drops orders and "loses" points with no option for their customer support team to help resolve. If you're driving by and happen to need something, and you don't need ANY help or advice, maybe give Sally a try. Otherwise... please don't waste your time.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had the worse online ordering experience ever with Sallys. The site is horrible to order online! Please beware. After adding all my items to the cart and putting my correct billing info and card info in, I proceeded to place my order. After doing so, I received a red error saying my card info was incorrect to try again.I was prompted several times, in which one the an item was missing so I was asked to remove it from my cart and place again. All this to say, I was charged multiple times. For my card info to be put in incorrectly, I sure was charged each time and now I have to wait 7 days for my funds to be accessible. Nothing my bank can do, after calling Sallys 1800 number,its nothing they can do, I just have to wait 7 days. All this to say, be aware of this site if you dont want to have to wait 7 days for your pending charges to clear. This site will say your card info is incorrect and then proceed to charge and you will have to wait for your funds to be accessible after this shenanigans. I am very pissed and annoyed. I will never shop here again for this alone.

Order NumberWSA1534692113I’ve been shopping at Sally online and in store for a while, I believe it’s about time to look elsewhere. There scandalous and a complete rip off if you don’t pay attention, if you’re owed back money, don’t count on that either.$40 and up delivery is to be free, many times I process my order I’m charged a shipping fee, only once I did not. I utilized the 2 hour delivery service at times, I’m a disabled adult and can’t go out much as most shoppers. My recent order was for 2 hour delivery which I paid the fee. Order was before 4pm to receive same day. 9:00am placed and did not receive my delivery until 5-6 hours later, reached out to their useless online customer bot then demanded a live agent. Once an agent was on I did explain about my order was not fulfilled within 2 hours, was looked into and comes back very apologetic and stated I would receive my money back for it. I have not received back anything, filed a complaint also, did not hear back from the company at all.

Stay away

Order # WSA1534411157. I used the Sally app for the 1st time to make an online order. The app was not taking my address even though it's saved in my Sally's account address book. I had to manually type it in 4 times and was still giving me issues. The address that auto populated was 2901 Ridgeway vs Ridgeview. The 2 street name are in different zip codes. I was also having issues making payment online because my billing zip code was not matching the address the Sally app kept pulling which overall caused my order to be delivered to the incorrect location. My address is apartment & the address my package was delivered to is a house. I understand that this is no fault on the delivery company, however, considering how long I've been buying stuff from this company, how much I spend each time, & I've never had any issues until using the app that you guys advertised in order to get the promotion. I would love someone to enter my exact address into the app & see that it doesn't work. I spoke with someone on Sunday who pretty much was no help & when I asked if even escalating the issue, is there a possibility that I'm just going to loose my money and have no product? I was told she couldn't guarantee anything, but probably. Sally is a well known brand in the cosmetic market. To know that this brand has worse customer service than Wal-Mart who takes returns, complaints, refunds more into consideration, sometimes, even without a receipt, makes me feel uneasy to continue my business with Sally, a company with no integrity. I received an escalated callback the following Monday and I was not able to answer since I was working. I received a general voicemail to say if I'm still needing assistance to call customer service back. Really? I have to wait for a callback & be readily available on Sally's time cause I have no life? I understand that I'm just a nobody compared to this company and loosing my business will not bother you 1 bit, however, I'm just asking for understanding and for someone to take a look at the whole big picture with everything I said into consideration. I am not rich. I'm a single mother with major health issues. I'm loosing so much of my hair cause of my health and past radiation treatments which has put me into a bad depression cause my hair was the only thing I felt good about. All I wanted was to feel nice again. You will see what's ordered was hair treatment. Who's going to spend all that money just for fun? Based on the customer service representative, the voicemail received, I can only assume this message will be treated the same- it doesn't matter. You all are just doing your job at it's bear minimum. Compassion, morals, integrity, and just basic human kindness is not what you guys care about, it's about the money.

I went in to bury store and I didn’t really understand what I was looking for and I was served by Donna t and she was absolutely amazing really helping and just soo lovely explained everything and how it’s works made sure i was understanding with the products I explained what I wanted and she found everything for me I would 100% recommend

The worst staff members I ever meet in London . They call themselves hairdressers they are only a branch of old lady’s gossiping between them. Avoid offending to be a model . Crap 💩

I am appalled by the customer service

I am appalled by the customer service. They switched off the option for click and collect due to a technical issue. I called the Norwich store to see if they had the items I wanted to purchase, as I couldn’t click and collect them because of the issue. They said yes, they had the items in stock. They then wanted to charge me £144 for what would have cost £107 for click and collect, and they refused to apply the online discount, but this was not my fault, as the click and collect was not working. The store said the click and collect was now switched on and that I could purchase the items this way, but they can’t let me have the items for 3-4 hours, as it has to show on the system. I could not wait this long and was told I would have to wait or pay the full price. I left with zero items. I wasted 90 minutes as u drove 45 minutes to the store and 45 minutes back. I spoke to the head office on the phone, and they were all very unhelpful. If someone wants to contact me and try to keep me as a customer please do because I have been treated like a naughty child.

not good for bad backs, unfair return policy

After assembling and trying the chair, it isn’t supportive and gave me back pain (I already suffer from back issues). Unfortunately, I was told I couldn’t return it once assembled, but realistically there’s no way to know comfort until you try it. The seat padding feels thin and not suitable for long sitting. It says ont he website return is 14 days but now its not possible because the box has been opened.
