Serious Issue with Order Delivery
Hello!I placed a fairly large order on your website, as I’m a regular customer of your products. Since you no longer deliver to Cyprus, I planned a trip to Greece. The estimated delivery date was February 17, and I was there from February 21 to 25. However, I never received my package. Now it will simply be returned. On the day of my departure, I received a notification that the package would arrive on March 9. This is not serious.Please improve the quality of your delivery service. Your product is good and high quality, but the delivery is terrible. Now I’m starting to consider switching to another sports nutrition brand that operates more reliably.

Great product, excellent service. Highly recommend.
I'm running my 1st half marathon in over 15yrs so needed to start fuelling as training has progressed. Read lots of positive reviews about SIS products so have given the gels a try and am very happy with them. They definitely make a difference on the long runs. The fruit salad is my favourite for both flavour and texture, so that has become my go to product.

I had my SiS parcel stolen after EVRI…
I had my SiS parcel stolen after EVRI delivered it at street-level, outside my property. It was an oversight on Evri's behalf.Nonetheless, Jonathan was swift in responding and ordering me a full replacement, which I recieved within three days of raising the issue.Grateful for the considerate and kind support I recieved!

Only english charachters to be used for orders to avoid processing issues
Placed an order of multiple products worth 180 EUR and saw it got stuck. Contacted with Beth from customer service support who quickly found out that the special characters in my name and delivery address couldn't be processed through their system and it caused an error and delays with the dispatch. After she stepped in the shipping with priority service was arranged and the delivery took only a few days. Excellent service!
