Absolutely unacceptable customer service and shady business practices.I returned an item unused, in original packaging, and it was confirmed as delivered to their warehouse on July 7th. I heard nothing from this company for over 20 days—no confirmation, no update, no refund. Only after I reached out on July 25 did they suddenly claim the item was “possibly used” and that it would require “extra inspection time.” I had to reach out again 5 days later to get a response.Let me be clear: the item was in perfect condition when I shipped it back, and what happens to it after it arrives at their facility is not my responsibility. The delay in processing the return is entirely on them. To now refuse a refund based on vague, unsupported accusations is not only dishonest, it’s outright fraudulent.This company is happy to take your money, but will drag their feet and make up excuses when it’s time to honor a basic return policy. Avoid them at all costs.
