I’m enjoying using my Skullcandy Kilo speakers. They sound great and are easy to use. I wish they would have an option to silence the auto-shutoff. The loud tone can be distracting in certain circumstances, like when I’m trying to sleep.

Horrible Customer Service. Do NOT waste your money on fast shipping because processing orders will take a week or more. do not expect customer service to do anything to assist you. They blame their system and cannot cancel an order once its placed but they sure can withdraw your money fast as heck. If you withdraw the money then you should be shipping the product out same dayor next day at the very least. A whole week to process an order is OUTRAGEOUS.

I would never buy from Skullcandy ever…
I would never buy from Skullcandy ever again! If anything goes wrong you will not get your refund no matter if you return new like my situation. They are holding onto my refund after I sent back the headphones 10 weeks ago. They have given me nothing but a run around and now saying my bank is holding on to my money from a dispute a put in back in December. I sent them proof the investigation was over from a dispute from bank. Customer service will not return emails/calls. I have called atleast 15 times and no resolution. Just want to blame and make ulexcuses til I stop calling which won’t happen til the money is back. They keep money if they can get by. They just keep saying they did a charge back and there is nothing they can do bc my bank is keeping my refund from processing WHICH IS ALL LIES. DO NOT BUY! IM SO TIRED OF THEM (My chargeback/Dispute ended January 16th WITH BANK AND I sent skullcandy proof what my bank sent me that investigation is over and NOW Feb 19th and still NO REFUND. You will Go through HELL To get a refund from them and then now NEW INFO THEY WANT TO THROW AT ME they say 75-120 days for refund. Or in this case, I am out of luck BC THIS WILL NEVER END

Hey out there! In the past, I’ve had a average success with Skullcandy earbuds, but I have to say the new ones I bought are the best ever for the price and comparable to other end models of similar technology. The Totally Wireless Essential earbuds are very good quality and they have a “unique” feature where they automatically connect to your iPhone…so, compressing this or that. These earbuds are a huge improvement from previous models and I will look to Skullcandy for my next pair. Can’t believe they’re this good for the price!

I’m super frustrated
I’m super frustrated. I bought some headphones for my son for Christmas but someone had already ordered him a pair so I retuned them on 12/29/25 and received an email on 1/7/26 saying that they received them and should expect to see the refund in 10 business days. It is now Feb 11 and still nothing, you can talk to anyone only through chat. .They keep saying that my return # cannot be found in system, even though I sent a screenshot. They said they would escalate the issue to a different team last Thursday 2/5 and should receive an email soon. Still nothing and all the chat does is repeat itself. I just want my money back. I will prob never order again because of this issue. I feel robbed.

Possibly the worst experience I have…
Possibly the worst experience I have ever had attempting to return an item. I ordered headphones for my son for Christmas and received a wrong item of lesser quality from Skullcandy. I have called three times in the past two days waiting for over an hour two of those times to speak to someone. I was given the complete run around and was flat out lied to. I have yet to receive the return shipping label that they said they emailed me yesterday .. i called again today to ask them for the return shipping label and was told that I hadn't received it yet because I never sent a photo of the wrong product I received even though I was never told to do so yesterday. I honesty am starting to believe they purposely sent the wrong item because they thought they would get away with it. I truly feel like this company is a total scam… i would not recommended ordering from them ever. They have $160 of my money and have done zero to resolve their error.. they be should totally ashamed and embarrassed. Dealing with their customer service is a total nightmare.. do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from them!
Update: It is now 3 full days since I first contacted Skullcandy customer service. I have yet to receive a return label or communication from them on how to remedy their error!!!! I bought a product, received the wrong product, and Skullcandy refuses to remedy it! This is so baffling from such a large company!!
