Use other less know companies. Snapfish are SLOW

Honestly wish I had checked reviews and timings before I placed my order. Use FreePrints, FreeSnap or literally any other company that you can find on google for your pictures - they will be cheaper and faster. I paid Snapfish and later placed and order with the above companies for somesimple photo printing for a birthday collage. The other 2 places were cheaper and shipped much faster. Snapfish still haven’t shipped my order after 2 days

Money stealer

Took my money and nothing else. Photos never delivered. UPS tracking is fake. I will get in touch with a lawyer about this. this company is a sham. No customer service representative either to ask about where your orders are or for a refund. Do NOT use this company or you will be PAYING for NOTHING!

Absolutely ridiculous website

Absolutely ridiculous website. Forces you to make an account but then doesn't let you log in but then of course sends you a load of cr*p via email! Avoid at all cost!!!!

Just don't bother

Just don't bother! I ordered over 200 photos and the quality was awful. Something i didnt see at the time of upload was the button that allows you to upload in high quality on their website which is hidden under 'upload preferences' in the bottom right hand corner. It's as if they don't want you to upload in good quality which in my opinion defeats the point of getting your precious photos printed. I complained about the photos i recieved through their awful chat tool (where three times the agent ended the conversation because i didn't response in 2 minutes!) and was eventually given credits after asking for a refund but uploading a whole new set up photos hasn't been without hiccups. Choosing and uploading photos is a time consuming job, you should feel confident that your photos will automatically be uploaded in the best quality so you don't waste your time. Or atleast it should be made very clear that you're uploading in a low resolution (although im unsure why anyone would want to do that!) For this reason I won't be a returning customer as I felt mislead.

They charge you exorbitant fees to deliver by a specific date. But they don’t deliver on time Valentine’s Day has come and gone. Thank you snapfish. This is my last order ever. Keep your promises or get out of business. Never again. I am done with you

God awful experience

God awful experience. Received prints in the wrong size and many missing.Postage is a super expensive. UPS delivery is fake. In reality it is just regular USPS. No phone support just a chat with someone on the other side of the globe.

Never ship on time

I've ordered two things from this company and both times, the shipping delays were ridiculous. Both products were gifts that I needed by a certain date and was promised they would arrive. I ordered over two weeks in advance and did not receive packages in time. I will not order from this company again.

Unable to contact customer service and poor quality

Unable to contact customer service or review once ordered.Project ( 4 hardcover books) were delivered today. Pictures are blurred and not as colorful as original. Big waist of money.

I wish I could give less than a star…

I wish I could give less than a star review. The product they sent me was severely cut off even though I had the image within the yellow lines. They refuse to refund me the money and only offered partial credit. I do not recommend this company. I am in the process of filing a charge back.

Very positive

After reading the poor reviews, I was sceptical about ordering but I’m really glad I did! My order arrived really quickly (2nd class), I got my order within a few days of ordering. The quality was really good, I’d definitely buy from again.

Live chat works, phone only

After a bit of hassle working out how to use live chat works as only can use a phone not on laptop, which has a link in the e-mail confirmation, you will find customer service is easy to assist customers, even free credits, I think the bad reviews are down to trying to get in touch using modern live chat! Easy to get upset..not easy to be calm and realise the help is there..I guess a phone number would be helpful..but e-mail is possible too!

Shipping Prices Insane!

Shipping Prices Insane!I had a semi-decent experience with Christmas cards in 2025, and was about to use the current sale for the 1ct prints in 4x6, glossy, that expires on 1/31/2026. This is a complete scam. A pick up in store is not possible, the customer is forced to have a mail option selected to obtain the deal, and the shipping was between $50-$60! I will definitely not be using Snapfish anymore in the future.

Created a personalized ornament because it was advertised for 6.99. Ended up costing over 30.00 and it was never sent. Will NEVER do business with them again.

Never again

Sadly, I fell for the 60% photobook trap, and I ordered two A3 landscape photobooks. Boy, was I surprised when I opened them today. The image quality is as if they were made in 2010, and the shots were taken with a 2 MP camera. I had used them in the past, and they didn't disappoint. This is the last time I'm using Snapfish.

Ordered Christmas cards

Ordered Christmas cards. A few weeks in advance of Christmas so we paid extra for faster delivery. The delivery date was supposed to be Dec 19th. We received an order number and a tracking number. The 19th came and went. So did the 20th and Christmas and New Years. Finally arrived today Jan 8th. Through this period we attempted to contact them in several ways but like others to no success. I found a number for customer service. Called that - disconnected 3 times. Customer service is non-existent. We will never use Snapfish for anything again.

Never experienced such poor customer service

I first used SnapFish in 2024 and had a great experience with Christmas presents buying. Sadly a completely different experience was had when trying to do the same for Christmas 2025. I ordered 4 calendars all in the same order. For some reason the order was split into two deliveries. One of those deliveries was delayed until after Christmas meaning I then had to find a different present for the person. However the calendar was received. The other delivery that was received on time contained 3 calendars. Two of them were not mine. SnapFish were not running their Live Chat feature that day so I had to wait until after Christmas to get things sorted. I did that on 27th December and was promised a reprint and new delivery to arrive on 3rd January. That delivery never came. I got so far through another Live Chat today and then the person I was chatting to cut me off. Three further attempts to get back in to resolve the issue were unsuccessful. So I’m still without the goods I ordered and seemingly no reliable way to sort the matter out. I may have to resort to starting a dispute procedure with my bank.
