What happened to Sony🤷🏻♂️
Really poor product support and very poor quality headphones that I had the misfortune to purchase. Always bought Sony from my PlayStation 1 days and Bravia TV’s, but like a lots of things they are not what they once were. Thankfully, nowadays there is much better value and quality than Sony can offer. Lesson learnt is to do research and not buy on a long gone Sony assurance of quality.

Lately I have been buying the cross gen versions..at least I thought I was until now.I pre orderd through psn back in July of 2024 which allowed my son to download the beta version. It was released October 24th 2024 and I have yet to recieve my Disk version that I paid $69.99 for. I have both ps4 and ps5 systems. I use the ps4 for single player/ networking which is not on any online network.The point is "Sony PSN SCAMMED me for $70.00.Im about fed up with Japans Sony Corp's new way of doing things; short sightedness seems to over rule common sense and ethical conduct.They just totally lack that awareness in so many ways. Its just the culture now! Much like the Ferengi, (the alien species in the American science fiction franchise Star Trek known for their dedication to profit.)There support team emailed me a dead-end link saying they only deal with the digital versions and to contact there hard disk copy department which was a dead end!Since I didnt recieve any support I will just let my cc company deal with them; sell my sony crap and call it a day.I hope that some day I will come face to face with any one of these people. I just want to ask why?Now I am perma banned from sony playstation.I wish I could jap-slap there CEO a few times! Lol!I sincerely hope that history does indeed repeat its self!My past review for the same case! I just thought I should keep it all together..Psn takes your pre orders for hard copys and then wont give you what you paid for. "0" Stars to BO6, the marketing and the people who f-up a good thing! Horrible customer service and fraudulent tactics. Refusal to refund recurring purchases the day they happened due to them acting like the date you started the subscription is the original purchase date rather than the renewal date. Numerous security breaches and lawsuits regarding terrible products. Horrible servers and procedures resulting in loss of time and money for countless people.

Poor Product Quality in my New Sony Camera and in my other Sony Products over time
I purchased a Sony DSC-RX10 IV and it worked perfectly. However, the lens then refused to retract fully when it was turned off. The repair cost 42% of the camera price under guarantee. Sadly, more than half of all my Sony products purchased over the last 20-30 years have had to be returned. None of my other cameras (Nixon, Yashica, Olympus, etc or other TVs or music systems) have ever had problems. Sony should stop branding itself so highly until it first sorts out its product quality. The people who work in Sony who I had to contact about these issues very recently and over the years were excellent and worth 5 stars. It is a great pity that Sony build quality over the years has been so poor. I have had one Sony TV that lasted for years and was excellent. This is what Sony needs to return to. My new Sony DSC-RX10 IV was repaired and I will pick it up tomorrow having had to pay for a 2-3 week camera replacement from my local camera shop. Happy New Year to the Board of Directors at Sony HQ in Japan and around the world and I hope each and all of you focus your efforts on Sony product quality this year and into the future. A shoddy product in todays world is a great sadness. Thank you.

Purchased a yearly Play Station membership for my grandson in December 2023. Tried this week to log in to my account. Kept getting the requirement for a verification code. Not a big issue. However, when the email arrives, there is no code in it. I've tried at least 8 times and the same issue. I went to the online assistant and initially got A BOT. A horrible experience. Finally got a live agent. I was number 302 in line. When I finally made contact, the agent was useless. Wasted another 15 minutes of my time and he cut the chat off. They need to fix their system. BEWARE!!!

SONY DSC F-717 broke down for everyone (Planned Obsolescence) about 20 years ago. There was a class action lawsuit, so SONY repaired the cameras for everyone at no cost, but we had to wait for several months while we had no camera to use during those months. Yet there are other shortcomings in these cameras such as when you want to delete all photos from the camera you must repeatedly and quite unsuccessfully press the multiple buttons in order to delete those pics. That just sucks.

This is the 3rd time we have shown Sony PhotoRegister this issue. I certainly hope it will be fixed SOON!! My patience is wearing thin after almost 4 weeks of showing you guys the issues and sending all the information you requested multiple times.Advise what the next steps are and I hope it is a repairman coming over to fix the TV!! Support on OLED TV is bad
I've bought a OLED TV from Sony back in 2017. Since there they've changed 2 times the TV and yet "offering" me to change again the TV. In the discussion, they're saying that is was done by the reseller. The reseller is in direct contact with them when it comes to these issues (I've asked). To sum-up they're saying that is not their fault even if it SONY product. I've asked to extend the warranty to March 2024 so that I'm sure the problem doesn't occur again (the problem occurs every 18 month). They offering just 6 month more so September 2023. At the end, I don't have any other choice to accept it. However, I'm pretty sure that it is the last time that I'm buying a SONY product.

I cannot tell you enough how much I love my Sony a6400. It is my most prized possession!Photography is my favorite hobby. I don't do it professionally nor do I get paid for my work, but I consider myself an enthusiast. I have invested thousands of dollars in camera gear, lightroom, photoshop, etc.; this is THE camera I would take with me whenever I travel. It's lightweight, the battery lasts me all day. I'm very happy with the product!

Sony wf1000xm4 earbuds for 200£. After 1 month of rare use tips started to peel off/ flake, it's very high price and now I have to buy spare parts ? Be prepared to spend more if you want to use it further. If you have small ears do not buy, there is no information about them not suitable for small ears ( S tips are too big anyway). Ears will hurt after one hour if you put them in too hard. Doesn't sit properly in my ear at all. I can't use it outdoors, they keep falling out. Bluetooth connectivity in calls is horrible also.Bad quality I would not pay even 50£ if I would know what will happen. Worst shopping experience I ever had.For some reason I can not leave bad reviews, for some reason they being rejected. Maybe that's the point why this low quality device has the best ratings and reviews?

Sony has a lot of products, and not all of them are great. Their phones are not so good, but TVs, consoles, headphones - great, I have all of them and when the time will come to buy a new TV or headphones - I'll search for Sony's product first.
