I’ve been using sounds.com for a few…

I’ve been using sounds.com for a few years I’ve purchased subscription and have while over 5,000 sounds. Yet a couple of days ago I come back to re start my subscription so I can get some new ones and to get my old downloads on my account. But when I get to the CC section it says that sounds.com is not given any new subscriptions out. This is a problem seeing that you need a subscription to get download your old samples i paid for these samples and now you’re denying me my sounds. I will report this company to everything I can.

SCAM ABSOLUT SCAM BE CAREFULL

BE CAREFULL!!!! They scam you with their subscription! If you live in europe you can activate the subscription but you are not able to cancel it!! They remove the subscription from your account but still charge you money! If you message the support they dont answer nor make any changes.. I added a fake credit card now into my account. So they cant charge me anymore for nothing! See you in court!

Shady business!!! Don’t know what’s going on with Sounds.com

I’ve been getting subscription from sounds.com off for some years. So I recently contacted their rep KD, about a old issue! KD at the end of his message states and I quote “you currently have unused credits that can be used”. I logged in but don’t see those unused credits, I contact KD and he message me. “It appears your account was canceled. Please note, you will need to be an active subscriber in order to download your previously downloaded sounds & any unused credits. Duh!! i purchase the subscription for $9.99 which comes with 150 credits I see the previous loop/sIt appears that there were a couple of failed attempts of payment but it finally went through on the third time and your credits were restored ounds but there is no unused credits, I contact KD after the purchase and he tells me “ It appears that there were a couple of failed attempts of payment but it finally went through on the third time and your credits were restored” these is KD’s direct words now between these messages I’m complaining about not having my unused credits and these is his response in its entirety, not once did he state to me that I don’t have unused credit left over from previous purchases. After a few more times of me stating I don’t see the unused credits. KD finally states “ There seems to be a misunderstanding. Any unused credits will be restored back to an account upon a re-subscription. (He tells me this but never restored my unused credits he claims I have)And also based on the plan that was chosen that is the number of credits that you are given on a monthly basis as long as you remain an active subscriber” if I purchase something it should be there available for me just like the loops/sounds are. Don’t tell me there is a misunderstanding if you are the one to say I have unused credits because that’s to reply I don’t understand, it’s either you made a mistake or you were trying to finesse me into purchasing a subscription. Congratulations.

Amazing sounds loops and customer care

Amazing sounds loops and customer care. Loops I can actually use as I produce alot of new r&b songs I signed up with sounds.com a while ago I like the fact that they do attempt to update their loops library on a regular basis. And if I need any help I know with assurance they will respond usually within 24 hours. I'm a happy sounds.com customer.
