Box perfect, however a scratched SP Connect clutch mount was in the box. Also the black paint comes of very easily. This is not what a quality product should have. I'll see if Quad Lock hopefully got better quality. Very very sad.
Teerible customer experience! They have an awful logistics partner for online orders which is DHL. They have probably lost my parcel and I cannot talk to anybody. It is almost 2 weeks now since I placed the order and nobody knows where the parcel is.
Unsafe product. After 3-4 years, the rubber of the case became crisp and breakable. Mine one collapsed suddenly meanwhile I was ridding, and my iPhone fell and hit the road at 80 km/h.
They delivered the wrong product.
I had some months the SP Connect iPhone Pro Max Case. As often occurs the fixing system got in the wrong position. I ordered 2 tools to fix that....It didn't work so I sent the 2 tools ánd the case with the twisted system to SP connect asking them to fix the manco. I got back the money for the 2 tools but not my SP Connect iPhone 15 Pro Max case being OK now.I made inquiries but SP claimed they had refunded the money for an earlier bought case last year to an old Mastercard account of mine. I had deleted that account after being robbed in Mestre / Venice last year. I hád to delete that account (instructions from the Mestre Police!)SP knew I have a new Mastercard account because with that new Mastercard account I bought the 2 tools.I tried and tried again and again but they refuse to send back MY PROPERTY: The SP Connect iPhone 15 Pro Max with the twisted fixing system (EVEN BEING NOT REPAIRED)The communication by SP Connect is ...eh ....somewhat autistic: They keep on repeating very stubborn staying to one attitude:ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!It is an awful experience to be treated in such way!
Dont buy this product! They switch their connection frequently and leave you behind with unuseable product.
Not recommended. I bought Adhesive mount pro and case for Apple Phone 13. Unfortunatelly Adhesive mount pro must be some scam since its falling down from flat/clean surface... I asked for replacment but was asked to send it back - seem they not trust their own products?Phone case was okGood Customer service experience however lost couple of € due currency spread.Not worth to
Why are you changing the mounting system? That's not how you threat your older and first customers.So that's your businessplan to change every 5 year the mounting system?
SP Connect iPhone 16 Pro Max Xtreme.Case in its self seems nice and well made, however I am really not happy as I CANNOT hear when receiving or making calls, I have contacted SP Connect but they say there has only been one other complaint regarding this. My advice is do not purchase this case.
What went wrong with sp-connect?This time the deffective Xtreme case for iPhone 16 Max Pro.You can't use the phone while this case is fitted, it's impossible to hear the interlocutor.So... I've spent a lot of money on the phone and the case and if I want to speak with somebody I have to use the iPods?!

Terible service, the old adapter is not compatible with the new one. So you have to buy everything again. Very bad for the environment and for your walletjes. But good for the wallet of sp connect.
Ordered four different items from them, then when I received the package five days after it was slated to arrive I was missing two items and it was tore open. I tried calling UPS and they told me in so many words that they couldn't do anything and that it was now a personal problem and as far as contacting SP Connect that seems like a fat chance too seeing as the are based in Vienna. They have no local phone number on their website and only work through email. I've tried getting a response but I just don't have the time to put up with this. Do your self a favor and save your money,sanity and time by going somewhere else.
Adhesive mount is terrible. It doesn't stick well to you dash and if you have bigger phones (like me using a S23 Ultra) then you can forget about a reliable mount.Customer service has also been slow so far.I should've chosen Quad Lock instead.
I have had an SP connect bike mount, an armband and a raincover with mount for several years now.When I recently updated my iPhone I found they had changed the connectors, so all my pricey SP stuff has become obsolete, for no good reason. It's just a big, un-ecological, unsustainable, unethical and climate change unfriendly scam, and what a waste of money too. I'm changing everything now to buy QUAD LOCK, as I refuse to support scammers.It's sad to see I am not the only one being had for. So you have been warned.
I have ordered the SP connect with a phone case and some accessories around Black Friday. After I installed the mount on my handlebars, the phone case seemed to be defective. I then contacted SP connect via email in the evening. The next morning I got an email back saying that they have send a new case and a return shipping label. Great service and fast delivery :)
Great product but terrible customer service if you have to return something. They send you the wrong item and then ignore your emails. Avoid and buy QUAD LOCK ⚠️
Bought the adhesive magmount within 5 mins of driving my new s23 ultra fell off the mount and damaged said phone . In my opinion the magnet is way too weak. Reported this with pics and was told it would be to difficult to replicate so won't cover the repair but will alow me to return said mount , I have spent quite a fair amount of money on different setups and cases over the years no sense of loyalty. I will however state that the other products I have bought have been great. Just very disheartened with the outcome as the phone wasn't cheap I wish they had suggested the twist mount version
their magsafe compatible cases are not really magsafe compatible.
I bought a bicycle bundle from that company. I paid 167€ for nothing since the main screw and what I suppose to be a special nut are missing. I sent immediately am email to the customer service. 1 week has passed and I didn't even get an answer. To all the fellow cyclists, avoid this company.
